iPhone 6 Plus & iPhone 6s Plus case Stripe, Akna Charming Series High Impact Silicon Cover with HD Graphics for iPhone 6 Plus & iPhone 6s Plus (54-U.S)

This is my 3rd Akna case for iPhone 6sPlus. I will review all three here.I always used an Otterbox Defender case before this, but wanted to see if it was possible to get adequate phone protection without the bulk. What I really like about all three of these Akna cases is that they offer great protection to my phone in the event of drops, while keeping the slim design of the phone. Of course I pair a tempered glass screen protector with my chosen case. What I don't like is that I'll probably have to keep purchasing 3-4 new cases a year if I want to keep my phone/case looking nice. The bulky, waterproof cases seem to last a lot longer than these do. You just have to choose what's important to you.**New Glamour Series Flexible Soft TPU cover: (the one for this listing and my most recent purchase) (blue, pink, white fade) This case is really pretty and comfortable to hold. It's a little slick, but not as much as a glossy cover. I really like this case a lot. BUT I have a hard time believing the raised edge on the screen-side is actually 3mm high. It doesn't seem to be quite as protective as the "Trustworthy" case listed below. I dropped it a couple of times and the bottom corners of the tempered glass screen (separate purchase) are cracked now. This isn't terrible, but it's not 5-stars in my book. This happened within the first 2 weeks. Otherwise I am very happy with this case.**Vintage Obsession Series High Impact Slim Hard Case: (vintage blue cloud) I LOVED this case for its beauty, comfort in my hand, and soft inner lining. I loved it until I dropped my phone on a flat wooden floor and the tempered glass screen shattered (the phone was fine). I loved it until some of the corners/edges cracked. I loved it until I realized it was not very protective or very durable. I would not suggest this case for anyone. Truly I adored it, but it was not meant to last.**Trustworthy Series Dual Layer High Impact Cover: (navy blue, white polka dot) This case seems to be the most protective of my phone, with a 3mm uplift around the front edge of the case which is very protective for the screen when (not if) I drop my phone. It also feels like the best protection for the corners and backside of the phone. The dual layer protection is effective. I just didn't love the design/color I picked once I saw it in person. The only flaw I found in the design/durability of this case is that a small piece inside the case which provides a frame for the camera lens became detached after about 4 months. Otherwise this case provides ideal drop protection and slim case design.

UPDATE: It has been a year and a half. This case has been through EVERYTHING. In a strange turn of events, it got thrown out of a moving car at full force and slammed into a cement wall falling on the asphalt. NOT A SCRATCH was on my phone. The ring is still firm and not wobbly. This is the most durable and sleek case EVER! Get it!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I absolutely love my new case as it is both functional and fashionable! I have gotten so many compliments on the beautiful and unique marble pattern! I feel so classy using it.It came in a high quality, fancy box lined with foam (like seriously I did not expect something that nice for a cheap phone case). Inside the box was the case and a hook to attach to the dash of our car.This baby does not lack in features. The case provides plenty of protection without adding bulk. There is a nice sized lip around the edge of the phone to prevent screen scratches. The case lines up perfectly with my volume and power buttons, and they are easy to click. The portholes are nice and large, I've had no problem using my larger 3rd party cords with the case on. The camera hole is even lined with black to prevent reflections with flash photography.The ring has been very reliable in preventing drops, as a kickstand, and as a car dash mount. I have used a stick on ring in the past, but it kept coming off, causing me to drop my phone. I was a little concerned when buying this one because I like my ring slightly lower than the center because the center is too high for the thumb to reach the home button. This one is actually perfectly placed, a few centimeters past the midpoint.I am overall very impressed with this case and will buy again and again.

I bought this case to replace the Akna case that cracked after several years use. I decided to stick with this brand because I loved everything about my old case. I was not disappointed in the least by having to switch to this one. The case is beautiful and looks just like the picture minus the sparkly-ness which is ok by me. The case seems like it will protect my phone in accidental drops (important when you have a 2-year-old) but isn't bulky like other protective cases. It has a raised lip and fabric on the inside of the case against the back of the phone for added protection. I was worried about the fact that this case is described as "flexible silicon" because of other cases that have been too flexible and would almost fall off the phone. This case isn't like that at all. The case is flexible enough to make inserting your phone easy, but once it is on, it's super sturdy. All buttons and ports are easily accessible including the mute switch which tends to be difficult to use with some cases.I wasn't sure I would like the ring on the back but it's actually a really nice feature. I used a PopSocket with my last case and liked the added security I felt when using my phone. However, I think I like the ring better. The PopSocket would sometimes seem sharp on my fingers and didn't feel as comfortable as the ring. As others have mentioned the print quality seems just okay. Mine didn’t have any banding but the print (marble) still seems pixelated if you look really close.Also, another misleading thing about this case — I thought that the print would wrap all the way around to the sides and front of the case. Instead, the print is only visible on the back and half way on the sides and then the rest is transparent. I fear that after a little while this transparent area will turn yellow. This problem is not just with this case I ordered, it is a common design flaw for all of their cases (unless I am mistaken).
