Works as Good or Better than Expected
Honestly didn't know what to expect but got it and immediately place frozen solid chicken thighs on the sheet. After about 20 minutes I didn't see much change but checked again around 45 minutes and they were completely thawed. Kind of amazing and have become a bit of a lifesaver.

Quite useful, easy to maintenance except 1 thing
This is my ideal defrost plate. it has flat surface, runnel, quickly transfer temperature by aluminum and many fins on the back. Side parts are removable for wash. It is good for wash, but the drip is go through the gap between plate and parts, it designed the drip goes to the space in the parts instead. so minus 1star.

Absolutely recommend
This defrosting tray is much better than the others on amazon that my husband and I have tried. It defrosts the quickest and has a tray to catch the water without leaking. I’m looking forward to using it during the summer months for BBQing. I would absolutely recommend it.

Drip tray does not catch any liquid
It does help thaw things out, although not as fast as I had hoped(I added some cpu fans). I would of liked this product a lot more if the cheap little clip on liquid catcher actually caught liquid

Would have liked more instruction on use and size and keeping both legs in tack.
I did not see the size listed on the description but assumed it would be larger. One of the sides that hold the tray up is always falling off when I'm moving the tray around my counter top. It did not come with Amy instructions on how to use it. Previous buy f r om other companies said to rinsewith cold water to start the deforsting processing. This did not say anything about activating the tray to make it work.
