This was a replacement for one that was missing pieces. This one works great and has all the pieces too.

It was defective
This appeared to be a recycled NoNo & it burned out both tips in 3 days; it wasn't even used that much.I received a return label & am waiting for my money to be refunded. It's disappointing, but the return process is quite good.

Thinning the hair
I was hesitant about buying this product because of the negative comments. But I bought it anyways and I am happy I did.I have caramel skin tone and have been struggling with facial hair for a long time. I've been using nono since February 2021 on my chin area (was afraid to use on my entire face). But the hair on my chin seems to be thinning and even though we are supposed to only use nono, when I pluck the stubborn hair with a tweezer it's taking a long time to grow back.I would recommend, but be persistent and use it multiple times a week.

It helps a lot!
I like that it makes the hair stay away longer than a week, but I don't like that it doesn't take the hair away instantly.
