Works great with very little flow resistance. Have hydrogen peroxide oxidizing the iron and other elements before they get filtered and everything works wonderfully from a 1hp deep well jetpump. Not a fancy head unit, but honestly who cares, I just need it to backwash each day. Steel bypass valve is nicer than the plastic ones.

Very good equipment. Fast shipping, at what i did expect. Easy to install. I will be buying more.In my first review i said that i will buy more and now so far i had buy 3. Very good job guys with that carbon filter. Really a nice product.

I have had it for 3 years now. It eliminated the odor I have in my water. I’m so happy with it. The original had came with it was bad. But the company shipped a new one out right away. But from that time to now it has worked great. I would recommend it to anyone.

Just installed the unit, it was not too difficult. American Water Solutions shipped it with coconut shell activated charcoal media preloaded. The directions were easy to follow. I did have a leak because one of the o-rings slipped where the bypass valve meets the control head. I replaced the O-ring and added extra silicone grease, now I have no leaks. (So, be sure to use lots of silicone grease when installing the bypass valve.) American Water Solutions was great at answering my questions and even offered to go above and beyond by sending me a replacement O-Ring and silicone grease. Thank you!

First, the product did not arrive with the proper 1" connection as advertised, so we had to wait on the part. Then the 1' arrived and they were pretty quick at responding. So, The unit gets installed and the control valve doesn't work properly. I contact them....nothing. I contact them again...nothing. I contact control valve company and it carries a 5 year warranty but must come from original company from where I purchased. All this time the 90 days I ticking for returns. So I go in to request a return and Amazon says you didn't ask for a return within 90 days and allow for a 48 hour response from the vendor. But I did! Why doesn't Amazon have a customer service rating also?

I cannot take a picture of the product but it is in the well and it works great we had horrible sulfur smell and it is gone. I do not like the price of the activated carbon that we have to purchase once this has expired. We still have yet to find out when or how long it lasts but it has been 3 months so far and no sulfur

I purchased this order on June 19,2022.My water is starting to smell after only 8 months.My last tank lasted over 4 years.There are only 2 adults living in the house.I think it should have lasted a lot longer. Paul smith

Tank arrived preloaded which is not what was advertised. It looked like gray sand in the tank. After back flushing I could see carbon granules. After installation I noticed that the water has a subtle strange taste. I didn’t say anything and then my wife mentioned the same thing. They were supposed to ship the gravel and carbon separately and now I’m not sure what is really in the tank since the water has a strange taste.
