Love using the product ,so this is not my first time ordering it...to me not caustic

This item works according to its natural properties as it should which is amazing. In my past I have purchased some bootleg/ artificial rose water lol.

I adore the chamomile and eucalyptus floral water. The rose water from this company was very faint, but those two have been great.

As others have mentioned, the smell is very off-putting. It actually smells rancid. Will definitely be returning.

I love this peppermint water, it is a life saver! I pour the water into a fine misting spray bottle and spray my head and neck when I get a hot flash. I could not survive without this cooling, refreshing water! To all those interested, this is not an essential oil, it is a hydrosol. This water is a by-product of steam distillation of peppermint essential oil, so it's not greasy. I get the benefit of the cooling properties of peppermint without the greasiness of an oil. I do avoid spraying the water in my eyes because I know that it will burn. I just spray the top of my head and the back of my neck and will feel cool for and hour or 2. This is my second bottle and will continue to buy it.
