Q: Can i use it so my hyperx gaming headphones can now both use the mic and play audio out of the headphones at once on my pc?

Very likely. My sons headphones have a jack that carries mic and audio in a single jack, but the PC has separate audio out and mic in jacks. This splitter was the solution. If that's your situation then this is what is needed.

The only way to "fix" it is by lowering the mic volume in the settings for your mic. So no, there isnt a way.
