Nice but make sure they don’t get bent.
Ordered couple of these. Accidentally bent the one on my fish cooker and didn’t know it and ended up burning my oil. It doesn’t take much to lock one up and won’t work. Like just barely bump it so always make sure it works when you start then your good. Other than that they really are nice thermometers.

Replacement thermometer for my 700-701 4 gallon Bayou fryer.
The pictures on Amazon seem to be a little different but the actual thermometer I received is the exact same one that I got with my Bayou 4 gallon fryer. It fits exactly like the one I got with my fryer. It also comes with a replacement gasket which is nice too have as an extra.

The factory I couldn't read because of the steam that entered the unit.
So I bought a new one to replace the old, apparently defective one, only to find out that this is garbage too. If you broke yours replace it with this - and don't forget the rubber gasket at the seat of the thermometer - but if you think you'll get a better thermometer - forget that.

Perfect replacement
My old thermometer developed moisture inside the dial. This was an EXACT replacement. Took 2 mins to replace. Now I know where to look when I need to buy anything else.
