It's Cheap. It Works. Stop Being Picky.
No, it's not some soy sauce made in a mountainous region by monks who use only magical soy beans available three days out of the year. It's basic, run of the mill soy sauce. It says "soy sauce" on the front of the bottle. Look at the ingredients on the back, it should say "Look at the front of the bottle." As far as using it as a cooking ingredient, it gets the job done, plain and simple. I'm not trying to impress Gordon Ramsay with the dishes I use it with. And I think even he wouldn't really notice the difference between this and a name brand soy sauce, in the finished product. It's cheap, it's good, it works. You're not shopping for a car on this one, you don't need to know all the features, so just buy it.

Korean and I love it
We are Korean who live off soy sauce and rice at least 5 to 6 days a week with meals. This tastes great and a lot less expensive than name brands. I think we bought 15 bottles.

Good soy sauce
Good soy sauce for the price. I found it a little salty for sushi, but it is perfect for regular cooking. It saves a lot of money compared to big brands, and I don't even need to leave the house.

Waste of money and won't buy again
Purchased a lot of Amazon branded products and found them to range from being decent to good and are good values. Thus, tried their soy sauce. But will count this "soy sauce" as a really bad miss and a waste of money. Won't buy again. This Amazon "soy sauce" has a taste worse than that pale imitation La Choy (which is mixed and made in a steel vat). Amazon's sauce doesn't taste like soy sauce as it has no flavor other than salt. The taste is even inferior to a packet of generic takeout soy sauce.Other issues are that the bottle arrived with the foil seal leaking. And the flip-top cap does not seal well and leaks when the bottle is tipped for pouring. If you are on a budget, go with La Choy. If you can spend a couple of dollars more, go with Kikkoman. If you want a good all-around soy sauce with a depth of flavors, save your pennies for a bit and get the big 60 oz Pearl River bottle from Amazon (best bang for the buck) and separate into smaller sealable containers and keep in the fridge.
