Delicious tea, amazing especially if you're not feeling well
This tea is amazing. We drink it most often if we are not feeling 100%. It is a cozy and relaxing tea, and you feel cared for when you drink it.We heat water, add sweetener and then add the tea bag. Steep for a long time.My son prefers to heat water, add honey, steep the tea bag. Once he removes the tea bag, he sprinkles cinnamon and ground ginger in and stirs to mix.

Love the Flavor, But....
I have experienced the quality in the assembly of the tea bag has deteriorated. Out of each box, I lose a minimum of 3 bags. After pouring the water into my cup, either the tea bags opens up or the string separates opening the bag and the leaves spill into my cup. I have to discard that cup of tea. Very frustrating. QA of tea bag construction needs to be improved.
