Q: Is the doll's body (physique) and arms really skinny like Monster High; or can her clothes be interchanged with Barbie fashions?

The arms are skinny but not quite as skinny as monster high. Yes, you can use Barbie clothes on them.

Q: How tall is the actual doll, not including hat or shoes? The description says 10"--is that accurate? (No guessing, please). Thanks! :)

I have never opened one of the packages so I cannot say whether the doll is 10" by itself or whether the height of the hat makes it so. Sorry but I can't be anymore specific than that.

Q: Where are the articulation points for this doll? Do the legs bend at the knee? Do the arms bend at the elbows?

Her legs bend at the knee and her arms at the elbows. So she can sit down. Which is how I wish they would make all dolls.

Q: Is this one fully posable like the hermonie doll?

I'm Guessing Yes since I don't have the Little Wizard! This Doll has several points of Articulation. Even Her Wrist can be flexed. NOT Her Feet! Huge and will not fit any other Shoe. Knees bend and She can sit. Real Salt and Pepper Hair and Hard Rubber Hat.
