HelinoxElevated Dog Cot Portable Dog Bed for Travel or Camping, Large (39 x 27.5)

Well made product, my pup loves it!He is an avid chewer at 60 lbs and this has been indestructible.Used for training and nap time.The only issue is it moves on slippery floors (concrete, hardwood), hence the rug underneath.

I adopted my dog recently and I wanted a cot for her that I could taking camping or to use outdoors if we're planning on hanging out anywhere for any length of time...I can't believe this is essentially the only option if you're looking for something lightweight and packable (I can strap this to the bottom of my hiking pack). Luckily SOMEONE makes a one!It's super easy to put together and I got the quilt for colder weather as well. My dog immediately liked it and has laid/slept on it a few times now. The quilt (sold separately) packs down to about the size of a Nalgene bottle. I have managed to pack it into the cot bag only by leaving it on the cot mesh and rolling it up together--it will not fit in the cot bag if you put it in its separate stuff sack.So far, so good! I think it will hold up over time but I'll post an edit if something breaks.

The dogs liked it and it’s easy to keep clean

Our puppy absolutely loved this bed the moment we set it down. We carry it from room to room for her and outside too. The downside is she’s an 80lbs. 8 month old puppy and she is fighting to fit on it. We have not found anything as great for her and a human size cot is wayyy too long. I really wish there was one more size up for dogs. Big pups, especially ones with a lot of fur need the best bed to cool down and get comfy and this is hands down the best. Please make a bigger bed too!

Absurd the price being charged but it is a great product. Well ventilated and after putting it together a few times it is simple to do. We use it several times per week and have "place" trained our pup to stay on it until released.

My puppy is 10 month old and photos can show how far she can chewed it. She loves to stay on it and sleep but its not a chew proof or durable as advertised.

Packs nicely, mesh is good for breathability in hot weather. Hasn't snagged w my 67# pointer either so appears to be very durable. Helinox customer service is top notch. A bungee broke on my hooman version n they sent me replacements. So I believe this would be true if an issue arises w this cot too, if anything failed, theyd make good on it. We got the fleece cover for my guy but on colder camp days add his dog bed too for added insulation.

I can no longer recommend this product. See edit.Puck is a 90 pound labradoodle and when he first started using the bed he was pretty unsure because the bed is very springy. We have had foam stuffed beds in the past but he would get stressed and tear them apart when we were gone, so we wanted an indestructible bed, this bed fits that bill. Puck likes it with a blanket on top for a bit of warmth in the cooler weather. Having the mesh is really nice for keeping him cool in the summer. Overall this bed is perfect for us. It even folds up and comes with a bag so we can even take it camping. This is the second from the largest bed, we didn’t have space for the larger one but the way he sleeps he really doesn’t need more space.Edited to add… This bed was purchased in late august 2021. It’s May of 2022 and one side has collapsed, as you can see in the photo, the pipe inside must have slid and caused the aluminum to stretch and my pup came crashing down. It says this bed will hold over 100 pounds but that isn’t true. I went to the hardware store and replaced the pipe with steel. I’m disappointed that this didn’t last longer with the original parts.
