I am a truck driver. Wearing this helps with back ache due to a very stiff suspension and the constant bounce and jolting. The only problem I have with this support belt is that it drops out of position at least once an hour requiring loosening and repositioning it. I also have a very old leather 'kidney belt' that I wear sometimes. It never moves after first putting it on but is not near as comfortable as a vented, elastic belt.

This is the best brace I've ever had by far. I am pain free every day now. I would advise anyone with back problems to purchase one of these! Great product, would re buy definitely!
