My health has has greatly increased also my knowledge on correct good health. And it's all thanks to Dr Berg. Well worth checking him out on line. My weight has gone from 138kilo down to 78 kilo.I think Lot's of people copy him so best just go direct to the original author.

Are you aware you haven't told me why my review cannot be submitted? After spending 10 minutes of my life trying to work it out from your guidlines I think you are just deliberately trying to be unhelpful and make people waste their time.

I've been taking this supplement for a week now. I started off just one a day as vitamins usually upset my stomach and give me insomnia, these have been very digestable so I'm on the recommended dose now. They do seem to be helping me.

It doesnt make me feel good

I wanted to try an energy supplement as I am starting to feel the effects of age. Not really a surprise there but having read many reviews, I thought why not give it a try.The container presented well and is easy to open, but be mindful leaving around children as it doesn't have a safety lock built in.I was a little worried as I really struggle swallowing tablets/capsules and need to take them one at a time so if the coating isn’t great, then it takes a while before I feel comfy to swallow. I had no issues taking these as well coated and not too big. There is no dissolving in the mouth, however there is a slight after taste. The tablets don’t smell great either, but this can be quite common with vitamins.I have been using the supplement for about 3 weeks now and have noticed some positive changes. I do feel like it takes me less time to fully wake up in the mornings now which is what I wanted to try these supplements for.When I saw the name ‘Keto Energy’ I automatically assumed that there would be caffeine in these tablets however there is no caffeine present, these tablets only contain vitamins and are packed with superfoods that naturally promote energy/alertness.Very happy with these, I do feel that the price is quite expensive however for a month’s supply. The tablets do have a great vitamin profile though and I would happily recommend for the health benefits.

I found these capsules to have a very pleasant aroma, they are easy to swallow but I was immediately confused as to when and how many I should be taking. The suggested use is to ‘take 2 capsules in the morning. Also taken before exercise with or without food.’ So I have interpreted that to mean that I should take them in the morning before my walk, but I didn’t need to take them with my breakfast so that was fine as I do intermittent fasting so my first meal is midday.The ingredients in this formulation are mainly derived from a wide range of fruits and vegetables. My instinct is to eat more of the vegetables but I have to remind myself that the vegetables need to be very fresh and they need to be grown in the nutrient rich soil to have these beneficial properties. I also remind myself that is a matter of what you absorb not just what you ingest.This container provides for just one months supply at the current price of £ 39.81 it is by far the most expensive supplement I have seen, although it does include Vitamin A, C, D, E, K1 and minerals magnesium and potassium. As it is a unique formulation it is not possible to compare it. I would be taking a number of supplements to get the same ingredients so it is possibly not so expensive when I take that into account.

Neither liked nor disliked the item itself. Don't understand the marketing as aketo supplement as it is just vegetable extracted multivitamins. I'm vegan so great for me to know where vitamins have come from. Priced themself out of my life after the bottle is emptied unless they were on a deal of the day though. Too costly - it's just a multivit at the end of the day. Bottle and marketing make it to be more than it is. 3/5 ok but not good or amazing. 👍🏻
