Q: Will this strength be good for cleaning a floor drain?

Yes and no. When using any vinegar over 10% to clean drains, I always mix with some orange oil and rinse out the drain thoroughly with warm or hot water. If you just ‘pour and ignore’, 20-30% cleaning vinegars can emit powerful odors and are extremely caustic to ferrous metals, potentially leading to corrosion and burst pipes. Just be sure to wear a mask and eye protection and thoroughly rinse after letting soak for an hour or so and you should have zero problems. My favorite method is blowing in baking soda, letting sit for 60 minutes, then pouring in 30% vinegar mixed with orange oil, waiting 60 minutes, then rinsing with hot water.

Q: How do you use it for a full load of laundry?

I used it when laundering items soiled because of incontinence difficulties, 17 and an 18 year old dachshunds and mother who had suffered a stroke. Tons of towels, bed sheets, nightgowns, bed and puppy reusable pads. I’d run a sanitize cycle with vinegar first. I would fill all compartments (detergent, bleach, fabric softener) with vinegar. My idea was to neutralize the urine first. Following a cycle with vinegar only, I’d run another cycle set to sanitize but with detergent, bleach whenever possible. I never detected lingering odors, and I have a fairly keen sniffer. I’m sure others use it differently. That’s just what I chose to do. Hope it helped.

Q: Can this remove a cement film from a tile floor?

Honestly I don't know but it's VERY strong. It kills any plant that it comes in contact with by burning it so it's very possible that it could.
