Yes definitely. I routinely sleep with these in. The flexible inner ear piece prevents the usual irritation during the night by keeping them secure without any external plastic to cause discomfort.

I would have to say that these buds are the same. They aren’t any better or worse. My main gripe is that you cannot adjust the volume with the headphones.

Anything with a 3.5mm jack can be used with either ps4 or Xbox and if you're wondering the mic works to. I recomend getting an adapter though since they lack on board controls for volume and mic muting however.
