These shoes are great, the only thing after a while they stretch out and you'll have a gap in the back which makes them look a bit too big, course I wore them for a year anything would stretch out, but the padding and comfort of the insole held up really nicely. So now because they are water proof I now slosh around in the garden with them.

Awkward fit, but they're ok
The shoes fit just as other people have described. It's a bit tight on top. I removed the insert and the shoes fit more comfortably. When I wear ankle socks, the shoes pull them down so I have to wear longer socks which feels a bit weird. I have not had to stand around in them for long periods of time just yet, but so far, they aren't painful to wear or walk in.

horrible shoes
I work as a cook in a professional kitchen and need shoes to do 2 things: 1. Be slip resistant, and 2. be comfortable to stand in for 8+ hours....these shoes failed in both areas miserably. The first time I walked into our dish room carrying a large pot I almost fell from slipping like I was on ice. Came home and promptly returned.

Okay, but I went with the reviews stating they run large so I ordered next size up and they're too big, I'm keeping them to wear when I do yard work.

The toe box is GREAT! I have long toes
I bought these for clinicals as a nursing student.I wear a 10 on my left foot and a 10.5 on my right, so I ordered the 11. The toe box is GREAT! I have long toes, and they don't feel all scrunched up even after being on my feet for a long time. I normally wear a medium width. The toe area and center of the sole were a great fit, but after a little while, it felt as if my heels were sitting on the edge seams of the sole. My heels were very SLIGHTLY sore after the first couple of wears. (I will update if it goes away after a few more wears).LOVED the overall feel of the shoe. Very lightweight. Felt the same as the Landau FootweaRx...soft and squishy, but the DAWGS do not fall off my feet the way the Landau did. They DO slip up and down off of the heel when I walk...the same way Dansko's do. After 10 minutes, you get used to this. For the price, you definitely can't go wrong.

Great (low to the ground!) alternative to Danskos!
I work as a Vet Tech in a busy animal hospital so originally I wanted to try Danskos because I heard such great things about them. Well I got a pair for my birthday and while I love them, I kept throwing out my ankle because they are so high off the ground. Now I wear them just for leisure and I wear these amazing shoes to work! They are super comfortable and you really can't beat the Firestone tire treads for grip on floors! I'm super happy with these and at half the cost, they are worth a try for anyone with weak ankles. Not to mention the sole is cushioned and soft, unlike the Danskos. The only negative is that they don't breathe great (they're solid rubber) so you're feet kind of stink at the end of the day. But for me, it's no biggie and it's worth it to keep my ankles happy! As far as sizing goes, I usually wear a 6 or a 6 1/2 so I ordered a 6/36 and they fit perfect with thinner socks.

NOT HAPPY FEET
I work and stand on concrete all day long and these are cute shoes but they are so hard plastic that they rub on your feet. They are not soft and supple .

Hubby was right this time
My husband insisted I get a pair of dawgs for the yard work since he loves his pair. They are amazing. They fit true to size. I wear an 8.5 and bought a nine since the only come in whole sizes. I would not recommend going smaller if you are a half size. They're still very comfortable and the slip easily on and off as you go in and out of the house. They held steady on our pond rocks which are very slippery when wet. I highly recommend them.
