Absolutely awful substitute for Alinea Aamsco tube. Cheaply made, all plastic, no glass tube. Supposed 2700 K warm color is farcical. Do not order this product.

Flimsey, not constructed well. One tube was damaged after apparently being dropped.

Ridiculous for the Bathroom Vanity
Review pertains to the La Farah ATF-S14s-10W (note- 10 watt version). I had the bad luck to have one of the old Radium Linestra bulbs fail in my apartment, so I bought that La Farah LED version which was conveniently stocked at the little store in our building. Jeez- the thing seemed kinda' bright with a blue-white light... Since you basically can't get an affordable incandescent replacement any longer, being an enginimineer I figured I'd better get 2 matching LED versions. Two of these gave me the equivalent of perhaps 300W incandescent lamp output, grossly excessive, and with a harsh, distasteful blue-white light. Unacceptable, grotesque lighting for the bathroom vanity. I am currently testing applying a double thickness of ordinary, buff-color masking tape over the lamps. It dims the light level reasonably well and imparts a warmer yellow color to it, all the while saying to myself: "This is stupid!" They seem to give off little heat so maybe it won't fry the masking tape.
