SEOH Crucible with Lid Porcelain High Tall Form 15 ml

I ordered this item and it came without the lid. I put in for a return and reordered another crucible with lid like advertised. Again, the replacement order came WITHOUT the lid.I will not be ordering a third time.

I received the crucible and lid in pieces, not two pieces (crucible and lid), but in multiple peces. There was no attention to detail, in the senders part. They sent two ceramic pieces, through the mail, in an envelope that had bubble wrap glued to inside of it, wrapped the two individual pieces with one layer of bubble wrapped, and hope ir would survive the trip... Well it did not.
