LS2Helmets Full Face Stream Street Helmet

This helmet saved my face and my life. I completely totaled my bike and smashed my head into the ground and a few rocks. The helmet did its job and held up just fine.

Literally saved my life! I was wearing this helmet when I was involved in a head on collision with a car. There were scuffs and cracks, but I suffered no neck, head or facial injuries. To illustrate the severity of the collision, I'm in recovery with a broken arm, fractured ribs and pelvis, and a broken femur. So yeah, the helmet really did the job.This helmet fits exact according to their chart, so make sure you measure your head.I found the helmet very comfortable. It did a great job at cutting wing noise. The only downside is that too get the publicly insert, I had to go on eBay and order from Europe.

Item received did not match picture. Helmet on site was white with black & red "LS2" graphics and the one received only had black "LS2" in what appears to be a different font. Also, shape is not Intermediare Oval as described - more Long Oval which causes quite a bit of discomfort after about 20 - 30 minutes of wear (for me). Noise of the helmet was about average, but also had a slight whistling noise unless you held your head in a very specific position. One other minor annoyance, when raising or lowering the clear shield, there is no easy way to do it without closing the chin vent - minor, I know, but got tiresome having to constantly reopen.I did like the ratchet style chin strap, the either all-the-open or all-the-way closed clear windscreen and the easy to operate drop down sun visor.I returned mine for a refund, but if you have the correct size head and aren't going to be doing much riding over approximately 50mph, there are some nice features for a helmet at this price. Wish it had worked out for me.

Pros:- excellent venting- ultra light weight- shade visor- washable padding- included chin skirt- speaker pockets-crystal clear optics, not distortedCons:-thinner padding than competition-very loud (probably from speaker pockets-interior plastics feel cheap-chin skirt constantly wants to pop outIcon padding is vastly superior, but much heavier. Venting is equal. Price is within $20 of eachother depending on color. Vent mechanisms on LS2 are cheap but functional. Profile/dimensions of Icon shell is MUCH larger.For an ultra light, small profile, user friendly and affordable option, go LS2.For a more premium feel inside, solid construction, and D-ring strap, go ICON. I high-side crash tested an Airmada at 40mph head first into a vehicle with zero damage to my head or neck, so I can vouch for durability. I hope not to test the LS2. I would like to give this helmet 4.5 stars, but I'll go 5 stars for the price. It ran about a size small on me. I ordered a Medium, and had to return it for a Large. The graphics on the helmet are insane. It is most definitely a MATTE finish, and I've even had people at the bar taking pics of my helmet. It has indents in the foam for the Bluetooth speakers, and there are holes in the liner for sound transmission. The sun shade and quick release strap are great, and work well.The one down side I would say is that in cooler temps. (say...under 60 degrees F...) it fogs like crazy. However, after adding the PINLOCK insert, I cannot make it fog, no matter what I do. For the price of the helmet, having to add the $35 PINLOCK insert is reasonable, and something you should do right away, if you're going to ride in cooler weather.All in all, I love this helmet, and recently found out my local HD dealership is about to start carrying LS-2 helmets, which to me speaks to the quality. Ride safe!

I received a total failure on part of quality control. I tried the helmet on once and upon removing it, the neck cushioning and Chin piece came out on my neck. There was nothing securing these pieces inside the helmet, they were just tucked up in their half-arsed. What a complete waste of my time and money, as I missed out on a much better helmet by and wasting my time with this one.

These Helmets run small. I used their size chart and ordered a large, I also have three other large motorcycle helmets and they fit me perfectly, but when I tried this on it is very snug, which I guess is okay if you want your face looking al squished up. The way the Helmet is designed allows only your eyes cheeks and nose to be seen, again my other helmets at least allow others to recognize you. The front of the helmet is so close to your mouth and nose you can hear yourself breath even with the shields open and directs your breath right up your face causing you to sweat Workmanship wise there are loose threads hanging off the stitching, another part that was supposed to be sewn in pulled out on one side unattached. The drop down inside goggle does not match the rubber supporting piece that it is supposed to fit against, the rubber is is off center, alot.. The mouthpiece vent is made of the thinnest cheapest piece of plastic I've ever seen, if you literally push it a little too hard it will snap off and break. The Helmet looks and feels like if you accidentally drop it the thing will split apart, my other Helmets I own are built solidly and sold for about the same price. The quick release chin snap is also made of cheap plastic and will not last long.I would not buy this helmet again, and pray if I'm ever in an accident that it protects me and just doesn't fall apart.

El casco en negro mate es realmente atractivo a la vista, cuenta con certificaciones DOT y ECE 22.05, los interiores se ven bien y se sienten cómodos y también le suma valor la gafas de sol integradas. En el mercado americano esta cotizado en 100 dlls y vendido por Amazon mexico lo consegui como si el dolar estuviera a 17 pesos, por ese precio es una opción solida.Los únicos detalles serian que el visor tiene un sistema de engrane muy simple (o completamente cerrado o completamente abierto), el seguro del mentón es de clip y el colchón que tiene mi incomoda un poco en la garganta (cuestión personal), si se tiene las ventilas abiertas y no tienes la cabeza hacia adelante el aire hace demasiado ruido (no me sucede con otros cascos) y siento que el rango de vision es un poco limitado en la parte inferior por lo cual me obliga bajar un poco mas la cabeza.En general se me hace un buen casco muy bien equipado en el segmento de precio, recomendado.

2 things1. the colour was bit too gray, on the pic u might describe it as light black or dark gray, but its definetly gray. U look at it at first glance and u will say its definetly gray.2. This might be problem only for me but the chin strap is almost touching my Adam apple, and if I bend down my head a bit, its choking me. I tried playing with it but it does not work.If u r experience with this kind of strap and u like gray colour, then u would propably rate it 5 star, for the price that is.

Bought this helmet to replace my old one which was involved in an accident. Sooo happy with this new helmet.Snug and fits perfectly to my head. Noise level is minimal compared to my other helmet. The vents on the front and top are easy to adjust while riding. The visor lense is clear and VERY importantly, it does not fog up even in bad conditions.Would recommend this to friends.

Best helmet I’ve ever had hands down!! I tried out helmets at more than twice the price and the LS2 Stream meets or exceeds them all. Very comfortable helmet. Eyeglasses go on easy with the slotted sides. Love the sun visor! I’ve only logged about 300km with it so far but I think I got a winner in this helmet. Excellent ventilation also. Great product! Highly recommend!

I ordered it 5-6 days back and got the delivery yesterday. So, about the delivery time, it was ok. Now the quality of the product: I have purchased LS2 product for the first time and I would say its worth buying. The shell of the helmet is quite tough which is good. Got a LS2 cover along with the helmet which is great. Helmet has got a scratch proof visor which is made of high graded plastic. The main attraction is the graphics of the helmet and its a head turner too. But its quite heavy and you can feel it while riding. Overall amazing product to have.
