Easy to install, looks expensive
Had to replace a cheap plastic toilet seat after a large guest sat down and broke it.This seat is sturdy and fashionable.That guest has been back to my house many times, and the seat is still in one piece! I thank the manufacturer for such a quality product

A Nice Look
It is a toilet seat, but it is vintage looking, sturdy and easy to install. I bought two and I am not disappointed. Brightens up the small bathrooms.

Awesome Toilet seat.
This seat is beautiful. We have wainscoting on our walls and this seat goes perfectly! Strong and durable. Would recommend to anyone looking to replace their toilet seat. Easy to install.

This is a well made seat in the classic beadboard style. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 though because I think it was priced too high.

Superb!
This is a beautiful seat cover. Extremely strong and attractive. We go through so many seat covers! So many! But this one is easy to clean, doesn't shift and again, very attractive. Best one we have seen in Years!

Great seat ... if you don't mind urine and 'other' stains that you cannot remove
This is a great seat. It's sturdy, nice looking. It was 'sort of' easy to install. The plastic parts used for the toilet attachment were not super well made, but it was ok, we dealt with it. One of the pieces broke when inserted and we had to use the old part from the previous seat hardware.I bought this in June. It's October as I write this. It's already stained beyond belief. I've scrubbed, I've sprayed ... it's not coming off.Yeah, I get that it's seen some 'action.' But, the seat should be able to withstand some wear and tear. 4 months is way too soon for this to be as beat up as it is. It's embarrassing to have guests use this bathroom.It also smells bad. Just be aware that this seat seems to be very porous.I had to replace it, and it wasn't a Mayfair. Sorry Mayfair ... I really like the design ... but that's about it. Disappointed I cannot return it.

Metal connectors better than plastic,
I love the looks of the bead board top - goes perfect with the bead board walls in my bathroom. I was definitely looking for metal not plastic connectors and these are beautiful. Wood bead board top is also so much more solid that plastic and for not many more dollars.
