This was my second purchase in 6 months, 1st purchase was great, exactly what I was looking for. Impressed with the first purchase I decided to go for it again, really liked the soft top and firm bottom. This second purchase has not been the same, now the whole mattress is soft, you can literally pinch it. Weight is also less, last time it took two people to move it. May be the packaging has made the difference or may be a product with different foam has been sent. Last time it came as a whole unit but this time it was rolled up in a cylindrical shape. Returning it is another headache, top soft, firm mid and bottom helps with back support which offers sound sleep but with this new second mattress I’m really not happy, it’s too soft and lite. I was expecting the same consistency.
