I had great expectation with this phone.I was seriously wrong. After trying and trying to love it I had to returned it a couple of weeks after getting it. Impossible to make any setting to stick, nightmare customizing the most silly thing and the most aggravating part is the IMPOSSIBLE setting of external card. Stay away unless you are an absolute phone wizard.

I didn't use the fingerprint reader so I can't say how it works.But I bought 2 telephones that I like.And they work perfectly good.

It's super durable I've dropped this phone so much I've lost count and not once has the screen cracked. Down side is that the memory management on this device is trash crashes and freezes if more than one program is running, was doing it since day one, dual sim card slot is nice. Decent amount of storage. Screen resolution should have been done in 1080. Good phone for singular tasks. Not so much if you want to multitask.

Be carefull you don't tie up your money waiting for a refund for weeks. This phone is missadvertizes
