Lots of delicious recipes!
I have been plant based for nearly 4 years now, and a big reason for my conversion from carnivore to plant based was the death of my grandmother from Alzheimer’s. I saw some data that a plant based diet can reduce your chances of it developing (along with a whole host of other preventative diseases!) so I switched.This book has a very informative section at the beginning about the benefits and guidance. But best of all is some amazing looking recipes that look colourful and sound very flavourful! I am cooking my first meal from it today (farro tempeh bowl).I highly recommend this book for so many recipes.Would be useful to read along side ‘how not to die’ as well for more information.

Great informative book with great advice and recipes
A great husband and wife team who give great advice re Alzheimer's prevention and there are great recipes to try too.

Fantastic
Really interesting read with clear explanations and interpretations of the evidence. Motivating to make some giant steps in progressing toward whole food plant based life with now knowledge that its not just my gut, the animals and the planet that will benefit - its for my brain gain too. Beautiful and enticing recipes that are completely achievable for a busy working Mum.

Really interesting read and great recipes too! Very similar ethos to other dietary guidance. Eat less, drink less or in moderation move more and keep your brain active!

Life changing, amazing!
The recipes in this book are really amazing and the information and guidance is sound. I followed the 3p day free ciaching that came along with this andi am now a Sherzai devotee! I eat better and feel better and would highly recommend this book.

Great addition to our home
This book is beautiful and practical. I incorporated several recipes into our family life easily and have been so pleased with the taste and result. We will continue to try more of them and incorporate changes to make the most of our health and life for as long as possible, while helping the planet. It makes so much sense. I'm so grateful to have found this!
