Every doggie owner who uses Pawz should buy this tool; made it a breeze to put Pawz on my puppy
Pawz boots are extremely difficult for one person to put on a wriggly puppy (which she needs due to excessive amounts of salt in our neighborhood). I had searched for solutions for "how to put on Pawz booties more easily" and found someone who cut the openings off water bottles to create a pipe to put over a paw (you can google it). My dad cut some pvc pipe for our big-pawed puppy. Unfortunately, it was still really tough to put the booties on.At a party, a friend told me about this product. I got it for one-day delivery, and it's a dream to use. Extremely easy to put booties on our puppy! She uses the x-small booties and so we went with a small, and it's perfect for her. I highly recommend this tool. (NB: we discovered washing and drying the Pawz booties made them stickier and difficult to use, so we put a tiny bit of cornstarch inside and rub it around and they're infinitely easier to use)

Terrific product
My 10 pound Pom had a horrible time in the deep freeze last winter in Chicago. The cold and salt on his feet was so painful he couldn’t walk. I saw other dogs with these and purchased. My little guy thought they were weird, but I think he actually liked the protection and did just fine. He pranced a bit at first. But then walked normal. I highly recommend. So does he.One more thing, I didn’t find they were easy to get on. Not by myself. I bought the plastic tool but it didn’t work for me.So, My husband held a foot and I stretched the bootie over. If you have a helper, it’s great!

Absolutely need to put on PAWZ booties without a total hassle
They are a little difficult to get the bootie on the Jawz, but once you perfect that, it does make it considerably easier to put the booties on your dog without their nails catching and making it very difficult for both you and the dog. We have a min pin that needs to wear booties - partial paralysis in back legs and drags top of foot - so it needs to be protected. We have to put them on if she's going to be on any hard surface. Without JAWZ it's a major hassle taking at least 10 minutes, with JAWZ still a hassle, but only a minute or two.

Gets it Done
I have a Shih Tzu and I had recently purchased the size X-Small Pawz rubber dog boots for him. Therefore I ordered the Small Jawz for Pawz since it corresponds with size X-Small Pawz dog boots as stipulated on package however his front paws are bigger than his back paws. His front paws cannot slide into the small opening of the contraption nor did it create an opening big enough for it. Luckily I had ordered the Medium size version of the Jawz for Pawz as well and they work perfectly. I had an easy time getting the boots on the Jawz even though they weren’t the size recommended on the packaging. As mentioned on previous posts watch the YouTube tutorial video on how to use the Jawz. If you are expecting better quality material than you’ll be sorely disappointed but it definitely does what it’s intended to do. My only gripe was having to purchase an additional one a size up.

This device works!
I have a tripawd dog (front leg amputee) with neurological deficits in rear legs. PAWZ boots are crucial to his mobility for traction. Unfortunately, the boots can't be left on all the time, as they don't breath. I can get the paws boots on easily, but my husband struggles. This device works. Now my husband can put them on when I'm not around. My dog is a different dog with his boots on!! His confidence is increased and he hops all over the place!!

Careful about the size you buy!
I am really disappointed. I bought the red (small) pawz for my miniature schnauzer which I think is correct; however, I could not get them on without help so I was excited to see the jawz device. Perhaps I was not careful enough in making my choice but I bought the small device. It does not open widely enough to apply the cover without hurting my dog. Confused, I viewed the tutorial referenced on the packing and immediately see the small pawz presented with the medium jawz device-no wonder I`m having trouble! Wasted my money on this one

Amazing!!! Wish I found this sooner
This makes it so easy to put the booties on. I have a 6-7 lbs Pomeranian and we use the orange size booties and we got the small size paw jaws as recommended by the packaging and this makes it so easy to get them on. Without it, it’s so hard for one person to get the booties on, I’d need an extra hand. But using this was quick and easy. Make sure you check which size/color booties you use matches which size paw jaws - there is a medium size paw jaws that doesn’t seem to be available on this amazon listing in case you need that one.

Lifesaver, must purchase if you use Pawz Boots
If you use Pawz Dog Boots you MUST get this. My first winter with my dog I just used my hands to expand the boots over his feet and it was always a bad experience for both of us. Last winter I purchased Jawz and it was a total lifesaver. Makes it super easy to open the mouth of the boot to stick his foot into and it takes me less than half of the time now to get my pup ready to head outside.

Great tool for a single person putting on the baloon shoes
My dog doesn't like having the shoes put on, and when I do it by myself this tool saves me a lot of time.I think it is way over priced for being a piece of plastic, however, it seems sturdy so it will hopefully last a long time.I bought the Small size which I use with the X-Small balloon shoes. I wish the tool could open up a bit wider to make it easier to push it over the paw. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Essential
I think that this thing is essential if you have the booties. I've got a little dog & putting the dog boots on without Jawz for Pawz is like murder & I don't think I'd be able to do it. This tool is so important that I would like to see it be made out of stainless steel; if someone sits on it, drops it, steps on it then it's totally going to break.

Sizes deceiving
My dog wears XS boots but the "small" jawz is too small for him? Ordered a medium instead, but got no response past 48 hours for seller to contact back. I then created another request today for seller to contact back.
