Great shape!
Ok so I am not pregnant but just rebought two of these cause me and my husband used to use this pillow all the time when I was pregnant and after. It’s great for putting behind your back when and wrap around yourself to put baby on to breast feed! I liked it better than the original boppy for breast feeding and it gave great back support. It’s a great shape to stay in place. It’s more Comfortable once it’s been used for a bit, it’s too fluffy at first. I don’t like the new pillow case they started using though, it’s kinda rough. I am gonna have to wash it a few times maybe with vinegar to soften the material. I do like where they put the zipper, makes it very convenient to put the pillow case back on.

Great for pregnancy support during the day
I purchased this around the end of my 1st trimester and now I'm almost 8 months pregnant. Here's what I like and dislike about this pillow.Pros: I love using this pillow during the day, for back support while I watch TV or work on my laptop. I can use it on the couch and it's super comfortable. I usually wrap the skinny side around my back and use the fatter side to rest my laptop on top. Of course, there are other products that do this (lap setups for working on the computer), but this seems like a really comfy option. I can see using this beyond pregnancy since I often like to work on the computer while on the couch. I can also see using this as a nursing pillow instead of buying a separate one-- it seems like it could provide similar support that other nursing pillows do-- I guess I'll find this out eventually! Or eventually, using it during bedtime stories during toddlerhood. The fact that this pillow can serve multiple purpose and that it's not just a uni-tasker is a plus for me. A lot of the pregnancy pillows are large, so I was hesitant to purchase one. I can say that this pillow is worth the purchase if you would consider using it for multiple purposes.Cons: I had purchased this hoping to get more support while sleeping, as my sleep has been a little bit restless during pregnancy. I have tried the pillow in a variety of different configurations when sleeping, all to varying levels of success. It worked well for me during the 1st and 2nd trimesters, but my 3rd trimester has brought an increase in back pain, so now I feel like I could use some different support. I have tried the S shape shown in pictures, but found it was not comfortable for my legs to rest on, so now sometimes I just use the top (flatter) part to support my upper body. Recently, I tried using it as more of a side sleeper pillow and wedging myself in between both sides (so the pillow is horizontal instead of vertical)-- note that this is probably only possible for someone in a king bed, it would probably be a tight squeeze if you have a queen. This seemed to relieve my back pain a little, but I did take another soft pillow and place it in the middle portion to further wedge myself in. Now, I primarily use this pillow during the day while working from home or while searching the internet or watching TV.Final thoughts:Ultimately, I'm glad I purchased this pillow, especially because I enjoy using it beyond its original purpose. In all honesty, I don't think any pregnancy pillow will solve all of your sleep problems, as you'll probably be waking up pretty frequently to use the restroom and will be uncomfortable to some extent. I wish it helped alleviate my nightly back pain a little more, but I'm still glad to have it. I would definitely recommend this pillow, but know that you may need to use your existing pillows to help supplement your setup and figure out what sleep experience works best for you. According to my mom, pregnancy pillows are a new thing specific to our generation-- meaning that many women have gone through pregnancy without one. Will it cure all of your sleep issues? No. But will it provide a little dose of comfort and help you have a bit of extra support? Yes.

could be better
im 5'6 and the area in the middle of it doesnt fit my 6.5 month belli is like to high for my belly. Its not to fluffy or bulky which is good. I couldnt find a position to adjust for my belly. I used for between my thighs and is perfect for that.

Back saver!
I bought it in the beginning of my pregnancy! A year later the baby is here and I am still using it! It’s saved my hips and my back! I also used it as a nursing pillow!

HUGE help for my SI joint pain and lower back pain
This pillow has helped tremendously with my SI joint pain in my pelvis and lower back pain during pregnancy. It aligns my spine and hips perfectly, and right after starting using it I was waking up with less pain in the mornings and having less pain throughout the day which feels like a miracle because nothing else was helping. It provides the perfect amount of light support for my belly when I move it into place, but there's also room to sleep without my belly on the pillow which I prefer sometimes. The cover is super easy to wash, it's holding up perfectly after a couple weeks of use, and I love that it comes with a thin plastic carry bag for when we go on trips. I won't go anywhere without it!

Major Pregnancy Regret
I seriously regret purchasing this pregnancy pillow. I got it early in my 2nd trimester and have been determined to make it work for my entire pregnancy, now 9 months in, but it never has. Although it is well made and easy to clean, it’s difficult to use and subtle shifts mean complete loss of support under the belly and hip. I constantly wake up to adjust it at night. I have to use a pillow behind me and a 2nd pillow between my legs, on top of the lower half of the boppy. This system sucks and shifts often during the night. The lower half of the boppy is not as thick as it needs to be to raise my hip to alleviate pain, which is why I double it with a 2nd pillow. If I could do it again, I’d buy a thick, U-shaped pillow. Trust me, support behind your back to prevent you from rolling onto your back or even just allowing you to lean back slightly to alleviate pressure on your hip is a life saver. I thought this would be easiest to get in and out of for late-night bathroom breaks, which it is (I just flip the lower half up), but I think I could do that with a U-shaped pillow, as well, and not sacrifice sleep as much (which is so very precious at this time).
