I can only say that I personally find these gummies to be the best sleep aid I have used and I don't say that lightly because I still have some Ambien in my bathroom cabinet right now. A lot of people I talk to about it are skeptical and say they have tried and failed with melatonin and I try to explain that yes, this does have a little melatonin in it but that is not the reason it works for me because I too have tried and failed and thrown out bottles of melatonin. I can only believe it is the combination of ingredients which includes Gamma aminobutyric acid, L-5 hydroxytryptophan and melatonin. I also use the powder packets version of the Dream Water but I find the gummies to be the most cost efficient and reliable way to use this. If you have trouble getting enough sleep I can only recommend you try a bottle.

Giving 5 stars because I really think this is the best product and I have been buying for 4 years now. But my last bottle came without the seal on it after I took off the cap… not sure if that is a new change or what, but very odd.

I have struggled for about 20 years with sleeping. I’ve tried medication, tea, weed, foods, diet, exercise, etc.This along with some tea does help me sleep at night. It doesn’t make me exhausted, doesn’t knock me out, but does help me feel ready for sleep.The taste is good, it’s easy to use. There is a level on the side of the bottle. I personally drink about 1/5th to 1/8th of a bottle each night. It’s made easier with the lines on the bottle to have some sort of gauge of how much I take.I’ve tried other melatonin drinks, but didn’t care for them. I like all of the ingredients included in this drink and think they work very well together.Tried two from a friend, and after using those two bottles, I bought a case. Very happy with my purchase.

One bottle is good for about five-hours of sleep. I wish it was more. I use it with five milligrams of melatonin each night for about eight hours of good sleep.

I have narcolepsy, whjch means to most of you that all I do is fall asleep all the time. Although that is part of it, what it means is my sleep stages are all mixed up and get triggered in odd times throughout the day and mostly the night. I'm 46 and this really hit when I was 12. I have always had severe insomnia and I "wake up" and have what's known as REM Behavior Disorder off and on all night long until literally an hour before I'm going to wake up for real where I lay down like I never was up at all. (I put a vamera in my room after I had spilled my giant glass of water and even soda with a lid om my dog so manh times she now jumps off the bed if I just reach for my table 😥). So yes I take meds for my sidekock of narcolepsy (cataplexy) which used to put me down all night until they cut my dosage in half becausw the doctors don't care if it's been working for 2 years. I ordered this totally against my best and most educated judgment of all time. Granted I was tired when I drank the first bottle. I remember walking back to my room but not even gettting into bed. And I don't remember what time that was, maybe 10 or 11. I slept like the dead until 5am. That's unheard of. Usually it's 2:30 or 3:30 (lately). This disorder likes to change things up on me all the time. I was wide awake though. IMO this stuff is the real deal. I will definitely do another review when I've finishe more of the box. NOTHING has worked ffor my except a high dose of Clonazepam morning and night. I don't have that camera anymore but I will be getting another onr now that they're cheaper and easy to install. I haven't woken up (sitting up) to my little dog standing on my bed barking at me like crazy in a while so things have settled down for now. Until my next big flare! I really think this stuff works. If you're considering buying it, do it, take it from the world's worst sleeper. (Not sponsored).

These are INCREDIBLE and simply life changing to say the least. I drink half the bottle, approximately 3 gulps, and before I know it, my eyes are heavy and I’m about to drop my phone on my face. I would say these work within 15-30 min after drinking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

New formula, horrible taste, awful consistency. So disgusting I spit it out and threw them away. No wonder they’re always on sale for 50% off now. I used to love these, tasted great and worked well. The shape of each gummy changed and bottle changed too - on last 2 orders is now clear plastic instead of original heavy blue plastic. Not that I care but it makes me question if these are even the same product or maker. Too bad….

I bought this ten times. Of the ten there had only been one instance where I could open the bottles with ease. This most recent purchase, the lid was so tight I hurt both hands trying to open it. It helps make me fall asleep but I’m not sure if it’s worth the discomfort to get the bottle open.
