Women's Long Hooded Rain Jacket Outdoor Raincoat Windbreaker

Bought this jacket specifically for my Japan trip because I knew it was going to rain and got it in Khaki medium to match my outfits. The jacket looks so cute, it matched with my outfits so well. I kept getting compliments on my jacket from friends and family members. I liked how there is a string to tie the waist to give it a more hourglass shape, although, the string did end up falling out of the jacket during my japan trip. As for its use in the rain, it didnt really do a good job of keeping me dry after heavy rain, I was still a little wet and moist under the jacket. Its also light so its not super warm in the rain.Overall I think its a really cute jacket but not really rainproof so I wouldn't recommend wearing the jacket without using an umbrella too. I would suggest wearing the jacket over a sweater and use an umbrella for those cold and wet rainy days.

I bought this coat for a trip to Holland. The fabric and fit are much better than I expected. I wore it in the rain today and it remained dry very well. Of course this is not fully water proof, and a very heavy down pour or extended walk in the rain mignt soak through, but for drizzle or even an hour in the rain, I expect I will stay dry.I am rather short and a little plump. I wear a size 12 in most things and I bought a large in this coat. There is plenty of room for a fleece jacket or heavy sweater and I could have easily worn a medium. But if you have wide shoulders like mine do not attempt to size down as the shoulder width is a little narrow.Still, this coat is really well made and the twill polyester fabric is really nice. I expect I will wear this coat for many years.I just wish it was button up instead of zippered. Longer length coats are akward to zip and one can get hot in them. The snaps are a nice touch but a fully buttoned closure would be better IMO.

Love the pull strings on the hood so that I can prevent the hood from getting blown off in the wind. I hardly ever use the buttons but it’s nice that they offer another layer of protection if needed. The length is close to my knees which is great. And the pockets are a good size and can fit all my needs including phone, hands, & keys. I’m not a huge fan of the strings around the waist. I can see where it could help the looks but I don’t care enough about that to use them and so for me they are a little annoying but not a big hindrance. I like that it’s light and easy to carry around but also enough to keep me warm in the rain. Overall I would but again.

Bought this for a windy, chilly and rainy weekend in DC. It was great. It's very thin, but did what I needed it to do, kept me warm with a sweater underneath of course and also kept me dry. However I wish I had ordered a size smaller, it did seem to run a bit larger for me than the reviews had led me to believe. But I would definitely recommend this!!

I find Amazon clothing can often be a hit or miss. This was definitely a hit, all around! I walk five blocks to work and wanted a spring jacket that would withstand rain, keep me warm without overheating. This does all those; plus, it’s so stylish! The material and lining are really nice. It has roomy pockets, and it covers my backside. I have worn it comfortably in 50* - 62°, NE USA weather. It does run large. Normally, I’m a L in jackets - I do like them roomy - but, L was just too bulky. I returned it for a M and it fits perfect, looking more tailored (even with a spring sweater under it.) I bought both the navy and army green color, as I couldn’t decide. The lining goes best with navy, even though the green matches my eyes/coloring and normally looks best on me, I returned the green and kept the navy. Great color, goes with many outfits and has a classic look. One of my best Amazon purchases. If you’re on the fence, just buy it! It really is that nice.

I bought this for a spring trip to London, and it was perfect. It is just the right weight for travel, and it’s very comfortable and fits perfectly to size. The fabric is sufficiently water resistant without being stiff or unpleasant. I wore it everyday for two weeks and still love it!

So just ordered this in XX and it fit fine, there is even some room where maybe I could have went a size down even tho I am typically a plus size 2X. but it leaves room for bulky things. The sleeves are too long that is often an issue like fat people have gorilla arms. Its a little heavier than I was anticipating so its not a summer weight jacket but good for spring and fall. I was trying replace a long used jacket I had which was a mid season weight with a hood so I was looking at rain coats even though my last one was really not a rain coat per se so this has a heavier shiny finish rain coat finish than I was looking for. The color is pretty and the design is good so I will keep it but also maybe still look for a lighter grab and go jacket.

I recently took a trip to Europe and went on a cruise. (two-in-one). It was a two-week trip, in the Spring, with varying temperatures. I had to choose wisely. I brought this raincoat. It packed small and was lightweight, it kept me dry and warm, as needed, and looked great! This is a fabulous travel find.

I was happy to see the coat was identical to the photos. It is very well made and with quality fabric. My only minor critique was that is was just a little shorter than I expected - other than that, I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.
