My mom was looking for a heated brush in lieu of using a straightener. She has thick hair so high heat would be necessary. She said it was decent and it was better then having to use a straightener. She hates that it takes her a long time to use straightener. Here is my experience:I also have thick hair and I tried it out.I was not happy with it. First off it does not have enough bristles and it's spread apart. It does not grab the hair so it's almost like there is space between the hair and the brush. I tried brushing through the same spot over 3 to 5 times and it would not straighten like I would like it to.Also when you hold the brush there are buttons on the side which controls the temperature. I kept on accidently pushing it and changing the temp as well as the power button.Maybe you get what you pay for. I'm sure a higher end brand brush may be much better. We haven't tried another brand.In conclusion, I would not recommend this product.

This is a good straightener, but don't expect "flat iron" results. This makes curly hair more manageable, but may not get hair bone straight. Having said that, for my needs it works well. For 4c hair, it would get hair straight enough for a nice ponytail, but not to wear down.

If you have just a little curl/waive to your hair I wouldn't buy it. But for really curly hair it works pretty good used it on my mil hair worked great she has course curly hair. and my hair that has a waive/curl to it it didn't leave it stright like a flat iron. But really cruly hair deff works for that

Garbage..heated up and melted the little balls on the bristles that you comb hair with ..no good..not happy..its in the garbage..

It's works the way I thought. It doesn't get close to your scalp but good for just going over your straight hair.

Does not straighten hair at all have to go through one strand of hair at least 5 times in order for it to be someone straight, Horrible hair straightener brush

I didnt find it very effective...can make out the difference b4 and after using it...
