Oh Pleeeese!!
This is a great devotional, and it's soundly scriptural, BUT if you are a hair-splitting legalist, or a prosperity gospel-phobe who likes to take things out of context, or a misguided Christian who has the "miserable worm" mentality confused with biblical righteousness, well then, you won't like the book and will probably find fault where there isn't any. My husband and I have enjoyed sharing this devotional, and have been greatly blessed by it. I'm sorry that we only have a few more days to go. It's that good!! Joseph Prince does NOT teach that we NEVER have to confess sin...he teaches not to dwell on our wrong doing, but instead to focus on the accoplishments of Christ on the cross...not our efforts to make ourselves holy by self-righteously sounding and feeling bad about our sins and failures...big or little. His point is to confess and MOVE ON trusting TOTALLY in Christ's love and blood. Further, he does NOT teach that our faith is a gimmy-gimmy free ride, but that confident trust and total reliance upon Christ's work and God's love and generosity towards us LEADS us to success in ALL areas of our lives...spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and material, NOT "name-it-and-claim-it" material wealth but instead...over-all wholeness. If you read your own bible at all, you will already know that the apostles repeatedly and unrelentingly spoke about God blessing us in ALL areas of our life and well being. This is NOT prosperity teaching...it's the gentle, generous, unendingly gracious and blood-bought truth. I hope you enjoy the book as much as we have!!

A daily blessing...
Everything Joseph Prince says in this book is 100% based on the Bible. If you're ready to look at God's Word in a brand new way, one that gives you hope, encouragement and a sense of worthiness, I highly recommend this book. The devotional format is a real winner, too. Daily bites of inspiration to carry through the day. This book teaches you how to take a rest from self-effort and start relying on God for His unmerited favor. We live in a world that praises self-effort. If we believe in ourselves enough, if we believe that we're beautiful and good enough, if we believe that we deserve good things as much as the next guy, we can achieve anything! It sounds okay in theory, but that leads to a lot of "Me, me, ME!" thinking, and it's a lot of striving, all alone, often for not. By learning how to lean on God and derive one's identity from Him, everything changes. This book is great for more than one read. The 100 days can be repeated again and again.Highly recommended.

Wonderful devotional!!!
I like Joseph Prince and so does my husband and we did this book as a morning devotional together. It changed my life and how I looked at life. I am not kidding. I found myself crying as he read some of the pages. I let go of years of hurt and pain and traded it for love and mercy and grace from Lord and Savior. I never had looked at scripture as he presents it. It is true and biblical and lets your heart just open to the world around you. Through good or bad times you can sing praises to the Lord You can glorify him and know that things will be alright. Great life changing book!! Truly! Debbie Morgan

Most Uplifting, Edifying, and Timely
I've always heard and read that God loves me, but this book has been beneficial in helping me to really believe that God loves me and that I am accepted in the Beloved. Makes for a great daily devotional in reading. It is a book I will read daily. It won't get put on a shelf. Every time I read it, the revelation of God's love drops deeper into my heart. Probably some of the loveliest words I have ever read in explanation of the grace of God coming from scripture. And maybe it is because I had come to the end of myself that this book was so timely. I better understand Romans on the Law and Grace. It has helped me to rest in Jesus finished work of Calvary.

If you order the Book you may get a journal.
I love the book 100 Days of Favor by Joseph Prince. My 1st copy is falling apart so I ordered a new one. But I didn't get the book I ordered. I received the journal. I kept the journal, but I would still like to have a replacement book 100 Days Of Favor!

An Excellent Way to Start the Day
I have just completed 100 Days of Favor, using it as part of my morning study and quiet time. I like the structure of the book: each day begins with a scripture, some comments and insights about the verse (always enlightening!), a prayer, thought for the day, and further personal reflection. I used it as suggested, reading one day at a time. Each day's study can be read which doesn't take very long, but since I have the time for a longer study, I have taken notes following the structure of the book. I now have my own "personal" notebook which I can use to refer to or to do the study again.I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to know more about the grace (unmerited favor) of God. I believe God has given Joseph Prince a gift for "rightly dividing the word of truth" 2 Timothy 2:15.
