Bavarian Landjaeger Snack Sticks, 3.2 oz

This is the best Landjaeger I've ever had, and it comes in delivery. I always try to visit their storefront in Seattle when I'm in town, as they have a great variety of meats that I absolutely love .This Landjaeger is saltier and tangier than most Landjaeger I've had elsewhere, which I tend to find bland and greasy. Bavarian meats makes a well ballanced sausage, and it elevates their Landjaeger to the next level.

This is an excellent Landjäger product. If you are not German or unfamiliar with the concept, it really is just a well-spiced thicker variant of a good old American snack stick; so don‘t expect anything exotic. It‘s semi-dried beef and pork sausage of the salami/summer sausage family.These fit the bill perfectly. Well seasoned, just the right degree of softness so they‘re easier to eat than jerky, and consistent texture.If one wanted to complain about something, it would be that Landjäger are traditionally pressed into a four-sided slab shape; these are more the round sausage appearance. Doesn‘t really matter when consuming them.

My wife claimed not to like Landjaeger. My missing meat treats determined that was a lie. 😅Compared with other Landjaeger, these have a very nice taste. Totally hit the spot when you're hungry. They are a little pricey compared to a traditional jerky, and but sometimes you're not craving traditional jerky.

Landjaeger is a German style sausage that is smoked and dried enough to give it great shelf life and yet retain the taste and some of the texture of summer sausage. This brand has a nice flavor. It's texture is about in the middle with a hard outside surface and a softer inside. I will buy again.

Having had oral surgery can't handle super spicy or hot spicy foods. This was pleasantly surprising. Not too spicy, easily chewed and nutritious with the calories needed for a day hike or to at to that Ramen meal for added flavor on that overnight or weekend camping trip.

seems greasy and fatty this batch. Like maybe not dried enough. fresh enough, almost too fresh. we prefer a dryer type of meat. not necessarily as tough as beef jerky, but dried more. taste was still good, we have bought this product for years, from same Bavarian Meats company in Seattle. As it sells at roadside product stands and some stores around here. this is a slightly better deal. we just are not into all the fat it seems to have now.

Ordered these overnight to take on a roadtrip the next day. YUMMY. They are shorter and thicker than the ones we have gotten from Costco.

These are advertised as Landjaeger sausage. While they taste somewhat like Landjaeger they miss the mark. Will have to look else where to get authentic Landjaeger.
