Great product! Super fast shipment!
Item surprisingly arrived the next day! I was so excited to try it out. I have used it several times already and can really feel the burn. It is easy to use and I felt a huge difference from my normal exercise band workout. I don't have time to get to the gym so this is a great alternative. It's also fun to use.

There is no comparison between these and a good fitness band
There is no comparison between these and a good fitness band. The design of the rods is basically the same as a collapsible car antenna - different sized metal cylinders telescope out to lengthen the rod. There is some type of fluid in there ( you can smell it ) that seems to provide a hydraulic resistance, to some degree. The rods are really noisy - there is a constant scraping as the cylinders inside the rods lengthen and shorten. Incredibly annoying, and according to the literature provided, not considered a defect. The number of exercises is rather limited and there really isn't much resistance to the rods. I can think of no good reason to purchase these.

Loud metal scraping noise as you use it.
I've used resistance bands before, and I have to say that these don't really compare. First, they are pretty noisy. You here the metal tubes scraping loudly as they expand and contract. If you are using headphones and there is no one around to bother, it's no problem. There are no real instructions on how to set them up or use them properly. The box simply says:1. attach anchor to door2. pull handle3. get pumpedSeriously, thats it for the instructions. You are left to figure out how to attach it to the door properly, or how to do the exercises properly and safely. The construction feels basic, and borderline cheap. For the price, you get what you pay for. The resistance feels real and you can get a decent workout from it, but as I am pulling on the handle toward my face and I hear it scrape and creak I don't feel very confident in the workmanship.I think I'll stick to the rubber resistance bands.I received a sample of this product at a huge discount to evaluate and provide an unbiased review.

No more snapped iso-bands
My daughter and I are both using these Isomax Fitness Bands and we both are very pleased with our purchase. We have used dip-bands up until now and have both experienced a hearty sting from a snapped band. That will never happen with these rods. You can target any part of your body that you want to do work on. It's easy to use. You just connect it to a door frame - making no holes in the frame. You can change the resistance level easily. You can start with low resistance and work up to 50 lbs of isometric resistance. We like that feature for sure. The unit only weighs 2-3 lbs so it's easily portable.I received this product at reduced cost for my honest review.

They feel like that are pretty secure once they are attached
I think my biggest issue with is product is no instructions. The box simply says: 1. attach anchor to door 2. pull handle 3. get pumped. I have used resistance bands for physical therapy for my back and when I saw the opportunity to purchase some for my home at a discount for my honest opinion I jumped on it. They feel like that are pretty secure once they are attached, I can feel the resistance so they work that is for sure. But all the noise and scratching makes me very nervous that it is going to slip and smack me in the face. For the price its worth it, it isn't overly expensive, it's compact and I love to be able to get fit and not have a huge gym area. Quick to set up once you understand it. I goggled some options as to how to use and there is a lot of information out there, suggestions, work outs etc.

Pretty good once you figure out how to set up.

Great product
This is a great product. The directions were a little confusing at first, once we hooked it up correctly it was easy to use. This device I good for your arms, legs, chest, back and abs. My family loves it because they don't have to go to the gym to workout. This product is portable and does not take up a lot of space. I got this product so I can start working out at home, so far I am very pleased with the product. If I have to say one negative thing about the product is that it is very noisy, but I usually workout with music playing in the background or with headphones on. "I received this product in exchange for my honest review."
