700,000 Games
There was a missing some of more games on this 700,000 Games CD. I go to the internet archive the website, I search for 700,000 games, and then I download and save it to my computer and took 8 hours long. A 700,000 Games with an ISO image file size is 4.9 GB.

It's got like 699,900 variations of mahjong and poker, plus a select few games that are quite... entertaining, I suppose. I made a mini golf map with a hundred windmills phasing through each other, that's got to count for something, right?

Nice Collection of Games but NOT 700,000 of them!
[edit] I contacted Encore Games about the 12 missing games listed below and they responded very quickly. They sent me a disk that had the missing 12 games! The install didn't work properly for Windows 7 but I know computers and was able to install them manually. Only one of the 12 was a failure so the total number of games that refused to work is 18 out of 145. Excellent customer service and I'm happy with 71/145 games from this set (the other 74 were failures, genres I didn't care for or games I already had).[back to the original review :)]There are actually 3 different parts of this product and each should get it's own rating. I'm being nice -- I'm using the highest of the 3 rating for the over all, not the average. The first area for rating (4 stars) is for the selection of games. There are actually 131 individual games included and most are Alawar games distributed through SelectSoft and packaged by Viva Media. Many of the names have been changed but most of the games play and there are a large number of genres here. I doubt that anybody will like ALL of them but I would be surprised if anybody who enjoys casual games wouldn't find SOME games to enjoy. Note that NONE of the games are new and some date back 10 years or more. Even with (at the time of delivery) 984 games in my library, I found 49 that I didn't have but wanted and another 16 that would replace versions I have (mostly from freebie sites). However, 131 is NOT 700,000. I did see a review that the number came from the number of levels. That's quite possible. If you add the numbers listed in one of the groups, it does come to more than 700,000.Since many of the games are old, they may require to be run in Compatibility Mode (recommend XP SP3). I found 17 of 133 that way. I also found 11 that needed to be flagged to ignore the scaling of high DPI before they would display right.I also found 17 that failed entirely for one reason or another - mostly before the game started. That is an indication of age. There are also 2 duplicates, Fairy Tale Quest and Gems of the Amazon are both in 2 groups. The second area of rating is organization and I would have to give that 2 stars at best! The organization is TERRIBLE! The game installs into 5 groups and the games listed in the first 3 groups seems to be totally random. They are not alphabetical, not by genre, not by anything! Also, they are not designed to be run individually! That makes life difficult! The third area is installation! This gets a 1 star rating (partly related to the organizational issue). The installation is an all or nothing situation. You choose one of the 5 categories and it installs without giving you any control at all! It installs to Program Files (include "(x86)" if running 64 bit Windows) period! Also, 12 of the 27 games listed in the last area (Game Collections) fail with an error message that the folder is invalid. It's right! It is invalid. There are 12 games listed in that area that are not included in the install. The only good thing about the installation is that the games themselves are actually free-standing. Despite what another reviewer said, you can run each game individually. I have gone through and decided which of the 131 I want to keep (or can keep - some don't work) and made shortcuts for them. I will NOT use the launcher shortcuts provided. I have also MOVED the entire game installation out of Program Files and fixed the uninstall pointers in the registry. The 12 games missing in the Games Collection are: Crystal Caverns of Amon Ra, Dynasty of Egypt, Jewels of the Nile, Hexagon Mahjongg, Taipai Mahjongg 25,000, 2002 Games, 500 Solitaire Games, Puzzle & Board Games XP Championship, 2002 Space Out Games, 3000 Jigsaw Puzzles, 1001 MiniGolf Challenge and King Solomon's Mines. Now for something that I could NOT find before I had my disk in my hot little hands -- the games actually included! They are in 5 groups:Best Game Hits 1-4: Airball, Breakball Lost in Space, Championship Chess, Checkers 3D, CosmoAlley Bowling, Diner Drop LE, Farmer Crates, Fish Food LE, Fishing Frenzy, Gems of the Amazon, Hidden Object Mania, Jewel Mines LE, Jewel Wizardry, Luftwaffe Airstrike LE, Magic Spheres, MegaPinBall, Monster Truck Stunt Rally, Muncher Mania Classic LE, Mystic Diamonds, Pharaohs Challenge, Pyramid Solitaire Gold, Rollerball Fantasy Island, Space Crusaders, Starcosmic Bustout LE, Starcosmic Invader LE, Super Fox, Super Frog, Super Mole, Tennis Championship, Texas Holdem 3D, WWII Aerial DogfightBest Game Hits 5-6: Aquamania, Arca Pinball Wacky Worlds, Baby Bird Care, Billiards Champ 3D, Business Boardwalk,Enchanted Words, Extreme Motorbike Racing, Extreme Riverboat Racing, Fairy Tale Quest, Fast Food Mania, Flower Garden Tycoon, Foosball Champ 3D, GardenLand Tycoon, Gold Runner, Hidden Object Collection, Holiday Rush, Hunt for Treasure, Lovely Kitchen, Montezumas Quest, Mystery Moscow, Mystery NewYork, Mystery Paris, Parking Lot Maze, Poker Drop, Robotic Worlds, Seek and Find Collection 1, Seek and Find Collection 2, Snowball Bustout, Spider Solitaire Gold, Spy Chaser, Tank Battle, The Tahiti Hidden PearlsBest Game Hits 7: Airball2, Aquarium Shop, Arca Pinball NeoWorlds, Backgammon 3D, Breakball TimeTravel, Bulldozer Bob, Chinese Chess Deluxe, Cryptic Castle, Crystal Ice Quest, Deep Sea Marble Pop, Fairy Flower Vines, FairyTale Quest, Flowers in Bloom, Four Up, Ghostly Garden, Haunted Hotel, Klondike Solitaire Gold, Lil Herder, Mini Golf Mania,Mystery London, Mystery Museum, Mystic Store, Penguin Push, Power Pipes, Solitaire Dozen Gold, Stone Age Taxi, Super Fox 2, Teapot Poppers, Vogue Tales, Volcanic BlocksBest Game Hits 8: Alchemy Drop, AquaBoat Maze, AtomBall, AtomBomber, Book Tales, Bug Frenzy, Bustout 3D Worlds, Circular Pool, Cubic Frenzy, Doctors Lab, Flybot, Gems of Amazon, Gerbil Drop, HeliQuick Bob, Island Maze Escape, Jail Runner, Maginmons, Monster Doors, Monster Village, Pyramid Escape, Secret Empires Anasazi, Secret Empires Aztec, Secret Empires Inca, Secret Empires Maya, Strike BowlingGame Collection: 100,000 Mahjongg Games, 1001 Japanese Crosswords, 1001 Tangram Games, 2002 Kakuro Puzzles, 2002 Pentamino Puzzles, 3003 Crystal Mazes, 4500 Vegas Slots Bonus Bonanza, Astro Color Twist, Chess Brain Teasers 100,000, Chess Magic 30,000, Chess Reversi 100,000, Chess Solitaire 50,000, Chess Sudoku 100,000, Suduku Mania, Super Word Games 10,000

NOT 700,000 games.
I honestly don't know what I was expecting but no, there are not 700,000 games on this one 4 dollar (or thereabouts) DVD. Unless of course you count 100,000 different levels of solitaire as 100,000 games, 10,000 chess scenarios as 10,000 games, etc, etc. There are really about 150 or so games (spread over about 6 different exe files for some reason) with each level counted as one game, hence, 700,000 games or, really levels. Also, no. The games aren't any good.
