I bought this mop but was unable to use it right away and it unfortunately stopped spinning. I message customer service to trouble shoot the device. It was already outside the return period so I thought there was no hope in having a replacement much kore return it.To my surprise, customer service was very responsive and assisted me with trouble-shooting. I understand nothing is perfect and sometimes equipment simply don't work as expected.This product's customer service stood by its product and sent a replacement mop despite being outside the return period. I did not write a review right away because I wanted to make sure Im giving an accurate review over time.This is long overdue and I can honestly say that really love this mop. It has not broken down for me for over a year now and it has withstood many cleaning sessions with ease. It is quiet and very easy to use. The charge lasts long and its wireless capability between charges is a big plus. Im glad the company showed faith in its product and took the chance to replace my first mop. By doing so, they are standing by what they are selling and are certain that their product is going to deliver,Having a great product is something we consumers seek. Yet, having great customer service and support make a whole lot of difference.

I ordered automatic spinning mop that helps lot in wood flooring so it's dry quickly and easily. It's work good on tiles and wood both flooring. Removable and reusable pads so you can wash them.its same like sweeper but automatic so clean more efficiently and use your own solutions. It's a light weight and design the way used by kids. Spray solution very effectively.

The media could not be loaded. Update: I did a review when I first received this electric mop and now I'm just giving an update. In some of other people's reviews. They mentioned the product quit working after a few months. So it's now been almost a year since I purchased this and I have used it several times and still works quite well. I only use it about every 2 to 3 months. I don't have any children living with me and I have no pets so I don't need to use this every month. Other than me trying to purchase a second battery, I have no complaints about the product itself.At this price level, this is a really good electric mop so far. I'll do another review in about 4 months to update how the product is working and if my thoughts about it changes. In the video I talk about the goods and improvements that could make it better. However, I know it's a longer video than most so here is a brief description of those things;Pros:Arrived quickly and was packaged very well. Also, very easy to assemble.Machine is quiet, it's not loud by any means. Also, it is lightweight and easy to maneuver around a room.It cleans the floors quite nicely, doesn't leave any streaks or water spots.Suggestions for improvement;Would be helpful if it had a water level indicatorWould be helpful if the lights for the battery charge indicator was more noticeable, maybe the lights change to red when the batteries are about out of powerWould be nice to have the ability to turn the light off, which could help in saving the battery power

Great mop! So easy to use, very durable, reusable, great storage, strays perfect and gets where it needs to be, speed is wonderful. Just a great product that reaches places that need to be cleaned. Love this and so easy to use!

Easy to assemble, easy to use, it does the job for you other than guiding it where to go and clicking button to spray water and/or power it on/off. First time user today and on a 2000+ sq ft home, battery only used one bar so still at 75%. Pretty darn good and I'm happy.
