I was terrified to order this sink b/c of the negative reviews about it being flimsy, etc. However, it is just fine.The wall MUST be strengthened to hang the sink (with 2x4's or 8's ) b/c the sink is very heavy. The support arms seem flimsy but they hold the sink up just fine. However, I wouldn't let kids climb on it or stand on it! Nor would I lean on it.The drain popup works by pushing down with a finger to fill it and pushing again to pop it up ...very easy. No levers to break....It doesn't come with a flex drain pipe....so you should have one ready or better yet buy a metal one for aesthetics.I recommend this sink b/c it looks spectacular and is not flimsy and It comes with everything except the flex pipe.It's a year later (Feb 2023) and the sink is just wonderful. I love that it is completely transparent so I can see my Mexican turtle through it when I wash my face. It is easy to clean too (i keep a wash cloth on the side to give it a quick wipe down after use.) The only thing that would make it more perfect is if they had put the lower curved front bar a little higher so that a hanging towel would obscure the drain pipe....this is only b/c my builder put a white flex pipe in instead of a silver metal one! I know you'll think I am a paid reviwer but I'm not. I just love this sink and am sorry that others have found so much fault with it.Update Jan 17, 2023. It's still hanging in there! Chrome is still ok. Still love it and would buy it again.

Its a beautiful transformation. In my first shipment sink came broken but replacement package came within 3 days . Very happy with the sink and whole transformation. Thank you so much .

It looks really nice in my bathroom; it dresses the room up! I almost got a plain porcelain sink, but I'm really glad I didn't. I needed a small corner sink and this one is classy and upscale.It's construction is mid-quality, but my guests won't see that. They'll see an elegant, bright sink that works well.I'm glad I spent the extra money to get this.

The base is lighter than the sink itself. Unable to use practically as a sturdy sink.Metal at bottom doesn’t support the weight of the sink. I had a professional come for install but they wouldn’t due to liability concerns.

Instructions could have been a little better, but they were supplied in the box... I did end up opening up the wall to add crossmembers between the studs to mount it.You can't mount this thing with the supplied anchors, but that really is not the fault of the sink. It's just physics, you can't mount a heavy glass sink with drywall anchors and expect it to hold up.I needed to really play with the water flow, with both valves full open the faucet overshot the basin. Took about 5 minutes of messing with it, but it has been perfectly fine since.I had some challenges with the drainpipe too, but a was able to overcome it with some standard extensions from Lowes.Looking past the installation difficulties, I'm very happy with it over a year after the initial install.My main worry was the with the spigot, I was very concerned that it would look and/or feel cheap. I was pleasantly surprised, better than I had expected. It has held up well to kids, cleaning, and frequent use.I'm giving it 5 stars, because for the overall performance and price it is great. That said, installation is a bit tricky, and might not be the easiest for the 'novice' DIY folks.

This sink is simply beautiful. I almost didn’t order it because of a few negative reviews, but my wife loved the sink’s pictures. I am so glad I trusted my gut and bought it based on its pics. However, when the sink first arrived, I was a bit concerned. The outside box was pretty beaten up. But when I opened the box, I saw that each part of the sink was neatly packed into its own separate little box. The step by step instructions were easy to follow. I didn’t have to look for them, as they were taped right on the box.And here’s a rare plus: Unlike a lot of things I buy online, this company actually printed it’s customer service number in bold clearly on the instructions (actually, it’s printed there twice). I like that! Btw: I put the sink together in under 25 minutes --my buddy who is far handier than me will come over to install it when he gets some time next weekend.
