Surprisingly Excellent
I LOVED my Starbucks Verismo machine. I'd had it for years, but the pods were getting harder to find and just too expensive. I thought I'd give this little gizmo a try. It did pods, but ground coffee AND tea. I have to admit I'm not a fan of K-cups. That's nothing to do with this machine. The Starbucks machine was just far superior in taste to even the exact same Starbucks K-cup. I switched to ground coffee. It takes a minute longer to make, but it's FAR CHEAPER than any pods. After a few tries, I figured out the exact amount of coffee I needed(seems I like it stronger than the pkg directions) to make the perfect cup. Plus I can indulge in 2 if I wish. Coffee comes out steaming hot. It's very easy to clean as well. Takes less than a minute. Worth the savings. I now have several types of coffee to try at a fraction of the cost. I've not tried the tea yet, as I'm more of a coffee drinker, but do plan on purchasing some wonderful loose tea they sell at a local shop. I imagine it'll also take me a few tries (unlike coffee, I like weaker tea), but I'm sure it'll be wonderful as well.Great little machine and well worth the price. A bargain actually, and I'm on a budget.

Good Multi Features
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I like the multi features for this coffee maker. I enjoy a big mug in the morning and a cup of fresh tea in the afternoon. If I was using grounds over K Cup there's a basket for that as well. Nice and compact so it doesn't take up to much space.

Brews Hot and Fast
This machine brews coffee hot! I used my thermometer to measure the temperature of the k-cup after brewing, and it brews at around 197 degrees Fahrenheit. The coffee after dripping down goes to about 165 degrees. It brews fast. After pouring the amount of water you want (there's no reservoir), the machine takes about 35 seconds to warm up and another minute to finish brewing. In total, less than 2 minutes for a cup of coffee.I also like that it's the no reservoir style as my last Keurig had mold in it from the standing water. You're given attachments to allow to brew tea as well as ground coffee. It's very nice to have those options, but the trade-off is that it's a little more difficult to use the k-cup functionality as you now have to puncture the k-cup manually instead of having the lid auto puncture the k-cup like most Keurigs do.

The Perfect Single-Cup Coffee/Tea Maker
This unit is perfect for me. I use the K-cup pods mostly, but I also enjoy Earl Grey loose leaf tea and the occasional cup of Cafe Bustelo. The included tea pod and ground coffee filter makes this the best all-round brewer. The water gets plenty hot, takes about 3 minutes total to brew a cup, and easy to cleanup afterwards. It will take a little experimenting to figure out the right amount of loose leaf tea or ground coffee to use to taste, but once you dial it in it you can't beat it.2 days before the return period was up, my unit stopped pumping water - you could hear the pump, but no water would flow. I was about to return it, but when I was taking the tea pod out I realized that I had forgotten to screw in the top ring which was preventing the water to flow. Once I screwed that in, it started working. I also had a K-cup not work on me. Same thing - you could hear the pump, but no water would flow. I unscrewed the lid to the pod and noticed that the needle had some grounds in it. Once I cleared that up, the unit worked like a charm. All of these problems were my own and not the fault of the 3 in 1.I canceled my return since the unit was now working perfectly, but Sboly still got in touch with me that same day and offered me an extended 18 month warranty should anything *actually* go wrong with it. You can't beat customer service like that.I am 100% satisfied with my Sboly 3 in 1 and the service behind it.

Nice alternative to Kuerig
I really like this coffee maker. I don't drink coffee everyday but the fact that this makes tea also, allows me to utilize it often. Easy to set up, easy to clean.

So far so good! Multi function and compact.
So far so good. (Don't judge me) I was drinking Instant coffee and decided it is time to go to ground coffee and when I have company I can now offer people coffee with dessert. =) I only need 1 cup at a time, this is perfect since the machine empty the water that I pour in, dry reservoir. The K-Cup option is great to have some variety handy (like Chai latte or hot choclate) and for company. It is easy to use and clean. Machine footprint is compact - I don't have much counter space so it was important. Some reviewer says you can't stop the machine until all the water is empty, I found if you push the button again, the water stops (but I always just pour the amount of water with the cup I am using into the reservoir anyway).I use it mostly with ground coffee, K-Cup several times, and the tea maker for Chrysanthemums tea. I think using a tea ball infuser will get more flavor out of the flowers since it will seep longer, but it is convenient option (I just put more flowers in, and re-brew for second/2 cups). With ground coffee, I do need to add a paper filter so I don't get as much residual on the bottom of my cup (I use Seattle's Best ground coffee so far, maybe the ground is too fine)? I just bought whole coffee beans and will grind some to compare. The temp of liquid comes out is just right to start sipping (177-179 degrees the 2 times I checked with thermometer). If you put the drip tray on the higher level which I do to reduce splashing (like the picture), you can actually store the rest of the other filters & basket under it to keep everything in one place. So far I really like it and for the price it can do multiple things with self cleaning as compared to many other more expensive single serve K-cup only or ground coffee only options and still has a compact footprint. Hope it will last, but so far no issues. :)
