Hello. Yes, this will fit the butane insert. The butane insert will not fit the 1941 replica's or the slim line lighters.

I would say no it’s not engraved. It has a picture that has never come off of it.

Is this supposed to come with liquid? The lighter does not work

No, you need to purchase lighter fluid for it separately. It's simple to do and make sure you wash your hands well after filling just in case you get some of the fluid on your hands.
