Outstanding product! Literally life changing. Anyone who owns the Plantronics CS540 model (or similar headset style like the Savi) knows how incredibly useless the stock over the ear option is - and not to mention the over the head option is all loosey goosey - and there is seemingly no alternative. THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED!! The adapter allows you to use this in the ear piece which holds the headset stable and stays in the ear with no trouble. Seriously, look no further this is the fix you need, I promise. Let me repeat - worth every penny - do not hesitate if you’re looking to replace that plastic junk with something comfortable and secure.

I bought this to adapt to a Plantronics head phone because their buds ar huge and hurt. I also wear a hearing aid and glasses so the over the ear option wasn't viable.This worked perfect. The hooked rubber ear piece molds inside my ear so even the weight of the phone piece doesn't pull the ear bud out.I contacted customer service for another reason and they replied to me in email within a few hours and were so nice and accommodating. I wanted extra red adapters for another headset but apparently Amazon doesn't just sell those and I would have to purchase another set of buds as well.I will buy from this company without question in the future.

So much more comfortable than what comes with the headset. I couldn’t even use the ear piece it came with. It would fall out constantly.

Seems like a good product so far. It is not the most co.fortable item after a few hours at work. I bought it so the ear piece would hold tighter to my ear and wouldn't flop around with the ear hook that comes with the Bluetooth. It satisfied what it was purchased for.
