The best rubber band for hair I've tried yet.
These were purchased with the intention to use them for doll hair, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are sturdy enough (and non-snag enough) to use in my own hair as well. My hair is very fine, so I usually find that the fabric bands are much bigger than I need. I'll still use those if I wrap it up into a bun, but for a regular ponytail these are just the right size! And they don't slide out of my hair the way the fabric bands like to do. They work just as well for the dolls- they hold even the fullest wigs in a good ponytail, without slipping out or snagging any hair when removing them. I've bought other bands that held the hair okay, but regularly snapped while trying to put them in or take the hair back down. These can usually be re-used at least a few times before they get "tired" and start to snap. This is an extra bonus, since my dolls' hair gets re-styled fairly often. (I sew doll clothes to sell, so my "models" need to look their best at all times!) I'll definitely be re-purchasing these when I run out, although I think that may be a while since these are so sturdy and there's so many of them in a bag.

Great little bands
Do the job, itโs a great little band. I got these to do the rubber band method box braids and after a week they are still going strong. Not much slipping either.

Good for many things
My girlfriend uses them for her pony tail and I use them to tie these and many more other cords so they stay neat. ๐

Works great for smaller hair braids!
I was tired of huge bands that you had to wrap a gazillion times, so looked for small rubber bands. Not sure why anyone says this pulls out smoothly, it's a rubber band! Of course it's going to catch some hairs! That said, I love the smaller size, and it's a rubber band. It does not break any easier than any other regular rubber band, it's just much smaller. Perfect!

Tiny and decent
They're good, small rubber bands. I used them in my beard and was fine. Yes, they occasionally pull if you strectch them too far for a tight hold. Some are machined with a terribly thin spot that makes them more prone to breaking than the others. I would say that's around 5-7% so not all that bad. Most of the rest are good for heavy use as long as one attempts not to over-stretch. Breakage felt like it was primarily user error. For my uses, 4-5 wraps gave plenty of hold, and more resulted in knotting, pulling, and breakage.

Works well for small braids, rarely pull hair.
Use these mainly for small braids that are being pinned, so the bands do not get in the way and are not very noticeable. They work really well and rarely pull any hair, the one thing I have noticed is that I tend to break them after using them a few times (they seem to get worn down a bit) but I also have thick hair, and as this is a pack of 500 it isn't a big deal to only be able to use one four or five times.

Diane Rubber Bands Black 250-Pack
It took me a while to find the right typed of rubberband for my beard, so I looked around and took a shot at these. The reviews I read about similar bands said that they did not last long, so when I tried this one did not expect much. After three uses of one they broke, however, there are 250 of these little guys times three uses each, I would say worth it. I believe I only paid 1-2 dollars for the pack, so would I recommend this to beard users alike, YES, for the price, usage amount and price, well worth it.
