Not the best handle foam to short. Bent tubes and bag is spilt that it came for. Price should be less then its going for its made cheap . But will do the job for now but definitely looking to buy another from somewhere else as a replacement for this one.

So what I received was nothing like the photos. Everything was low quality: the handles, the loops, the bands. The straps were all poorly stitched, the loops were fraying, the resistance cables are the cheaper versions with unlabelled ends and were packaged poorly, covered with kinks in the tubing. None of the branding was on any of it and there wasn't even the guide included.

Worth what I paid for it

Dispatched and delivered quickly, so that deserves a couple of stars. However, the goods fell short of expectationin that they were unbranded, poor quality tat. There's as much tension in my granny's knicker elastic compared to these.

Poor quality and unsuitable for prolonged use. Managed to get 5 workouts out of the set before the handles frayed and detached during a workout. The “bands” are nigh on useless, terrible quality and with very little practical use. Much better sets available, keep moving if you want to purchase a resistance band set that is actually fit for purpose.

Handle broke while in use and damaged the door it was attached to. Not very strong.

Due to my work and family Life ive got very little time to join or goto a gym and with another lock down due to Covid i looked into getting some gym equipment i was recommend resistance bands due to no room needed to store them these are perfect not only do they pack away but come with a bag to keep them in So I can take them with me when i eventually get to go anywhere!! For the price they are pretty good i was not expecting such good quality to be fair so Im pleasantly surprised they come with clear instructions for use which is helpful although there are plenty of tutorials on you tube on how to use them correctly overall there great
