The Bottle Shield worked great for a cross country flight. I used it to pack a bottle of wine in my checked luggage. Initially, I had some concerns that the bottle would break b/c the only protection was the bubble wrap that's inside the shield. I felt confident that even if the bottle broke, the double sealing mechanism and Velcro close would prevent the wine from leaking all over my clothes. When I arrived and unpacked, the bottle was entirely unscathed. I love that it works, it's a great price, and reusable!

Love love this. It is chunkier but that’s what I want to protect bottles in checked in luggage. I used these when I bought wine/olive oils/liquors from my trip in Greece. All bottles were very much in tact & no spillage. I bought more!

After having a bottle break in the past when transporting in my luggage, I bought these with the hope that they would protect any liquor or wine bottles. I have used them several times flying long distances, and they work beautifully. I am very satisfied with this product and would highly recommend them.

These worked well as they kept my wine from breaking on the plane. I gave it a four since one split up the side before I put my wine bottle in. I wrapped them in clothes as extra protection, and I was happy to see that nothing broke!

I was flying/moving from PA to NC. I was so nervous. I read the reviews of so many wine bags and none of them were what I wanted to see. I read a couple reviews here and they showed that the wine bottles were safe. I brought 2 bottles of wine with me. They both were safe in the carry cases. Not a crack scratch or dent. 5/5 recommend.

I recently purchased three expensive bottles of wine in California and wanted to pack them in my checked suitcase for the flight back to the East Coast. Obviously a sturdy wine protector bag was in order. I followed their directions enclosing each bottle of wine in one of their bags and happy to report that all three bottles were intact when we arrived home! Also thanks to Amazon and this company for the quick delivery!

I really liked these at first, but they all eventually broke along the seams near the velcro so that they are no longer watertight. Apparently, the outer plastic is just too stiff to fold multiple times without finally giving away along the seams. Too bad. They do still provide padding, but I want something that would hold liquid in the event of a bottle break or leak. I'm trying another brand to see if they work better.

Transported a bottle or red and a bottle of champagne inside the Bottle Shield wine travel bags packed in my suitcase for a flight between the coasts. Success! Arrived in perfect condition!! I was concerned enough to tape plastic bags around the bottles just in case... but no need. I'm impressed.
