My son's 150 LB Saint Bernard whacked into the side of my knee and bent it inward, spraining a tendon or two in the process. (She is not the most graceful and at my age I don't move out of the way as fast as I used too! :) ) This brace fits great and does not slip down. It is easy to put on and adjust to the right tightness. It is not bulky so I can wear it under leggings. The best part of all is that it offers great support without restricting circulation. I can walk almost pain free without putting additional stress on my knee as I wait for it to heal. I went up a size based on some of the reviews, however I didn't need to do that. At least this one can be tightened to fit properly even though it is a little big, so these do seem to run very true to size. The velcro closures are secure and overall this is a very well made product.I do not know how this would be for other types of knee problems, but for a sprain this is absolutely perfect. I live in the desert SW and it is comfortable even in the summer heat wave we are having.Definitely recommend this product.

I have thick legs and bad knees. I have struggled to find a knee brace that actually fits and stays up. The extra support helped out tremendously. I was impressed. I have had 3 surgeries and this last one I had was an ACL replacement. Long story short the new ACL didn't last but a couple years. It dissolved said the Doctor. I do not want that surgery again. Ive been relying on knee braces. Not one so far actually help. Even the custom one made for my leg. Finally found this gem and my knee all day yesterday was thanking me. Definitely a must if you are plus size with bad knees.

I needed a brace after having surgery for a tibial plateau fracture. I tried out a couple, but this one gave me the best stability for lots of activities, including walking, horseback riding, and kayaking.It can get a little uncomfortable when worn for a long time, but overall this was the best brace I found, and is definitely more comfortable than those with metal support.I'm giving it an overall 4 because the sizing is definitely off and the most recent one I purchased doesn't fit or hold as well. My first purchase had a tag of 2XL/3XL, so that's what I ordered when I needed a replacement. But the second one of this same size is WAY too big (and it's not because I lost weight - you can see in the pictures that these are clearly different sizes.) I'm trying a L/XL next in the hopes that *that* is the right size. I'm also hoping a new one will have better sticking ability. This most recent one needs adjustment constantly, although it might be because I can't get it tight enough with it being way too large.

Love it I have had a knee replacement and having issues with it now, it the knee cap and i put this brace on it and it feels really good it keeps the cap in place i would recommend this to anyone who needs a bracethanks

I have had an issue finding a fully adjustable brace for my knees that fits a thick quadriceps muscle while being snug enough at the calf to actually stay up while walking. The crisscross double straps that support the kneecap are perfect. I just need more practice not over tightening the straps bc it will cut your circulation off. I’m getting another for my other one this weekend.

I never had a knee brace as comfortable. No pinching and it stays on my knee and doesn’t slide down.
