Normally I like the Durham product I have other cabinets and cases with no problems. This one came in all bent and smushed in...as you can see from the picture. I will be trying to return this item but its a hassle to send this size of a prebuilt cabinet back.

SENT ME A UNIT MISSING THE BOTTOM SLIDE AND BENT. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE FOR "BRAND NEW"?RETURNING 2ND ONE AS WELL. TOP DRAWER SLIDERS WERE INSTALLED CROOKED. TERRIBLE QUALITY AGAIN!

Received item double box in new condition. Drawers glide easily with boxes full of screw and bolts. Will definitely buy again.

I had an unconventional use for these, but they are working perfectly. I ordered ~20 of them, some came a little banged up from shipping, but all are working as expected. Good quality construction. A+

It's holding up so far...only been a few months but don't anticipate any problems.

Arrived in perfect condition even before the first date of delivery range. Very good quality with some heft. Drawers open and close smoothly. I needed just the rack. The parts compartment boxes it’s made for have lids and I didn’t need their portability. I needed this for quick access for tools in a workshop shelf that is approx. 14" deep x 21" wide x 16.5" high. I got tired of looking for one since most tool chests are 26" wide and have lids. The rack fits great on my shelf. I used four Wilton Performance Pans Aluminum Large Sheet Cake Pan, 12 x 18 x 2 Inch (sold by Amazon). They have a narrow lip and fit perfect. They firmly seat in the racks even when you pull the top of each pan to bring them out (since there’s nothing else to pull on). I will add liners. Looks kind of like a cafeteria cooling rack but just right for me at arm’s reach.
