Husband loves this gift. It is what he requested. It’s his second by this brand, so that says a lot. He is a home chef.

My husband LOVES this knife and now wants the whole set. They are very sharp and great quality. Make sure you wash and dry them after each use and rub olive oil on them so they don’t rust.

Bought for my husband for Christmas. He bought and cut a whole slab of meat into steak slices and said it was magnificent at cutting. We have a few other good knives but this one out cut all the others.

The media could not be loaded. Superb quality, feels great in my hand, sharp. Husband was very surprised and impressed how manly it looks. We loved it so much that we ordered a big set when it was on promo from Coolina. Came with a storage pouch. Let’s see if they are durable after some use.

The only reason I bought this was to give someone something they were fool into believing was the best knife ever. It happened to be their birthday so I felt obliged. Could have gotten something just as good or maybe better for half the price without a doubt! And don't be fooled these knives are made in China.

This thing is a serious knife. Perfect for cutting ribs and brisket in the smoker. Comes with leather sheath to protect it.

Pro'sRazor sharp out of box. shaves quite easily, and one of the sharpest knives i own straight out of the boxgood blade shape, works easily for choppingsolid construction, I don't notice any wiggling or issues with spacing between partsConstextured metal means not as easy to cleani've noticed some of the forge ash flaking off (black non-finished part of blade). I'm worried some might end up in food, though i haven't had anyone notice any issues yetoverall i would rate this at a 3.7. I need to spend more time using the knife to fully say if I recommend it or not, but in the end this would be more of a showpiece/special event kind of knife rather than an everyday kitchen knife for anyone but an amateur chef given the texture of the blade and difficult to clean. I give it 4 stars as it obviously shows what it is in the pictures for the knife, and is surprisingly sharp. I've only owned this blade for a few days, and might change my recommendation as it wears
