I've used this pillow for the last 3 nights since I received it in the mail. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase & I think in the long run it will be helpful for the neck & shoulder pain I have. First, the con is that the pillow is firm, very firm. The first night was pretty uncomfortable, and I was questioning my purchase; but I stuck with it. Even though the pillow is firmer than I would like, I have gotten use to it. Second, the pro is that the pillow is firm, very firm. For the past two nights, my neck and shoulder pain has not gone away in the morning, but it is better than what it was. I don't wake up as stiff and sore with this pillow. I think it's because the pillows firmness doesn't allow me to shrug my shoulder up or bend my neck down while I am sleeping. This pillow provides the neck support I was looking for. I'm mostly a back sleeper, but when I've tried to sleep on my side, I've found that it's not as comfortable as I would like; again, this will probably get better with time as I get accustomed to the firmness. Right now, support is definitely 5 stars; sleep quality & comfort are 4 stars, but that assessment may get better as I continue to sleep on the pillow. For the price, I think it's definitely worth a try if you suffer from shoulder or neck pain and need support in that area.

I ordered this pillow as I've been experiencing serious neck pain since beginning COVID WFH. I'm a side sleeper and have struggled with pillows that are too soft and do not offer enough support, and the additional hunching/neck strain from working on laptops has made this worse. Ordered this pillow in the hopes that it would alleviate some of the issues. I took the pillow out of its packaging and left it out to rest all day...by night time, it was already perfectly comfortable enough to use. You can imagine my surprise when I woke up this morning with NO PAIN!!! I'm so pleased with the level of support this product provides, without compromising on the comfort front. The covering it comes with is soft enough to use as a pillowcase, and machine-washable which helps. I'm so glad I ordered this!!

Have had these for approximately a week. Seems to help sore and stiff neck and shoulders. Sleep on side mostly, back some. Firm pillow, not soft. If you want a soft pillow, this is not the one for you.

Beware, ladies. I thought this was a nice pillow. The shape is a little weird but once you get used to it it's very comfortable. However, I'm getting rid of it today. The indention in the middle where you're supposed to put your head means the pillow curves up and presses your face. For several months I've noticed my eyelashes on the side I sleep on are bending and crossing in strange ways. I finally realized it's being caused by the pillow pushing on them in the night. It's actually very noticeable when you look at my eyes. So the pillow has to go!

This is the first time in my 68 year old life that I have tried a contour pillow. It took me the first few days to get use to the pillow. I learned that the most important thing is to stay UP on the pillow. Your head supported in the valley of the pillow and your neck is supported by the hill of the pillow. I have found that using the pillow the way it is intended, I am very comfortable, sleep all night and wake up refreshed every morning. Thank you for a good deal on a pillow and much surprising comfort..

The sole reason I am giving this pillow a negative review is because I am one of those people who MUST put my hands under my pillow. I have not been able to train myself to not do that. I tried for more than a week, but every night, my hands would creep back under and combined with the angle of this pillow, I'd wake up with horrible neck pain, more than I've ever experienced with a "normal" pillow. If you DON'T sleep in that position, you will probably love this pillow. Comes with a weird smell that dissipated quickly (~24-48 hours). Material reminds me of memory foam - not too soft but not hard at all either. Supports neck in all the right ways whether lying on back or side. For context - I am a petite female with a very straight cervical spine that sometimes gives me pain, and I also have knots in my neck. Big thanks to the seller for offering free returns so I could try it out guilt-free.

I bought this pillow on Friday and it plumped nicely and quickly. On Friday night I did have trouble sleeping but that was probably because it was a new pillow I was trying. The next night I slept through the night no problem. Also I flipped the pillow and that made it even more comfortable. It is firm but still soft and the memory foam keeps its shape. It has been a good purchase. Can't speak to the durability yet as I have only just got it but I am very happy with it.

Very comfortable, pain relief and quality of sleep is very good by using this pillow. Delivery also very fast.

Product i recieved is not same as description. Neigther brand is same nor pillow, we dont have removable cover as mentioned in pictures and quality of pillow is very ordinary. Dont buy it
