Excellent job!
This machete is the Cadillac of machetes.Well balanced, nimble, and sharp!.After a "freak" machete accident, and subsequently reattached index and middle fingers. I have to say, I am stunned. The craftsmanship is exquisite, this tool is a worthy opponent. Great for hacking up under brush and limbs(tree).Would I recommend to friends?-Heck ya! Would recommend safety course.Would you buy again?-you betcha! Doubt I would need too, this thing will last forever.

Durable and fiesty
Been using this to clear brush at my property's perimeter. I've used this thing to clear copious amounts of bamboo, black walnut trees, bradford pear trees, and any other shrubs I need to eradicate. Its size and weight makes it chop and chew through pretty much anything that isn't thicker than 6 inch diameter. The blade doesn't chip easy, I've chipped mine but thats due to contact with cement blocks, bricks and riverstone. I haven't sharpened it and have been abusing it for months on end now. Quite frankly if my current one breaks I'll buy another of the exact same kind. The only negative I have is the sheath. Sheath feels like cheap dangerous garbage. If they sold this with some sort of Kydex sheath, that would be better. At its current pricepoint its difficult to complain though.

Good for most brush clearing jobs
Used this item to clear out my mother's backyard of weeds and a few gnarled dead bushes. Balance of the blade is good and has good heft. Sliced through leafy weeds as if they were no different than air, and solidly cleaved through the branches of the dead bushes pretty easily. Got a couple of small nicks due to an errant small stone, but those were easy to buff out. All in all, a very solid easy to use tool.

Best one yet
Sharp and forget garden weeds this thing is sharp enough to cut through wood and the non shock handle makes it even better not a fan of knives or even machetes but man think I'll find another this company makes and start a collection

Worth it.
Well, I’ve now had this for 7 months so I feel better about reviewing it. I use it a couple times a month in the course of my work for a local governmental agency. I go into washes here in the central Arizona desert, and encounter many things that want to poke and puncture me like palo verde saplings, mesquite and various tall weeds. It cuts through 1/4” to 1/2” branches well. Smaller green ones are actually more difficult. The weight forward design cuts better in my opinion. I have a regular jungle shaped machete of similar thickness and this kurki style works better. Not sure it holds an edge for long, but few things do when chopping through thicker branches. I like it for what I described. 👍🏻

Love it!!
I live in the country and have 25 acres of woods. I primarily use to chop vines and Virginia Creeper off of my trees. I also carry as added protection if I were to come across coyotes. The blade is very sharp. The handle grip is comfortable and well made. The sleeve is well made and can easily attach to your belt.

Definitely worth it.
bought this to chop out some English ivy thats been in the ground for 10-20 years. I didn't sharpen it once out of the box until after I used it for 3 days. Very good blade and designed for work. The parang style is best for at home gardeners and it helps slice through.

Great buy !
I’m actually very impressed with this product. It arrived with an accurate machete edge, I do like the handle which was my biggest fear when ordering online, and is definitely a solid tool. I put it to the test as soon as it arrived. Definitely a good buy in my opinion, and I’ve owned many machetes.
