E-Z Ink Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Replacement for Epson 702XL 702 T702XL T702 to use with Workforce Pro WF-3720 WF-3733 WF-3730 Printer (5 Pack)

My grandmother was told at Office Depot that she would need to spend around $150 to buy new ink cartridges for her printer! I told her not to buy them and got her these for MUCH less... the entire XL package is less than $35!! She couldn't believe it and was extremely thankful. I installed them for her and she's been using for weeks with no issues. I've been using EZink for years with my printer and am a happy customer. I’ve only had one issue - when one of the colors could not be recognized. I contacted customer service and they replaced it right away. Will never buy ink from any other source again.

I bought these for use in my Epson Workforce Pro WF-3720 back in April 2020. When I first tried to use them, Epson wouldn't recognize the cartridges due to the firmware I had just upgraded to a couple of days before. Due to that, it took a while to downgrade the firmware so I could use the cartridges. In the meantime, I did have to purchase Epson ink again.The Epson ink ran out by the end of May, and when I finally had a chance to use the EZink cartridges, they would not print color. I tried to clean the ink heads multiple times over several weeks by doing nozzle checks and then nozzle cleaning by the printer software and by finally doing it myself using Windex, but no matter what I did, the color would not print.Why am I giving them 5 stars then??? That's because when I reached out to their support team and told them of the issue, I expected to go through multiple emails of trying things again that I had tried numerous times. However, in the very first email, they apologized for the inconvenience I had and offered to send me a replacement or a full refund. I asked for a refund at this point because I no longer want even to attempt to mess with this printer anymore.However, a company that is willing to go that far to create satisfied customers says a lot. I'm looking at new printers now, and I guarantee you that I will purchase ink through EZink again. I've even told my family members about them and told them they should use them for their ink needs in the future.
