I had to purchase this alternative one after the MSI equivalent at double the price didn’t come with the TR4 socket mounting bracket because MSI just assumed you had a spare bracket from your existing threadripper retail processor! If you had just bought the OEM version you only had the processor!! MSI really screwed up on this!! I couldn’t locate a bracket and had no reply from MSI so ended up purchasing this product instead which came with all the brackets for Intel and AMD including AM4 and Threadripper. Installing the cooler was a fairly easy process and no issues encountered. Just pay particular attention to the instructions. First impressions are impressive. A 32 core AMD Threadripper reports at only 32’C in the BIOS! That’s pretty amazing considering this would be double under a traditional air cooler. Overall I am very impressed and this product is highly recommended.

Bought this as a replacement for my Deepcool Captain 360 I bought 5 1/2 years ago, so going by the time that one lasted with no issues, I decided to go for another Deepcool.You'll need a case big enough to take a 360mm radiator+fans to fit this, and bear in mind, it might obscure one of your memory slots as it is quite large.The RGB can be controlled using the included controller or by your motherboard if it supports it, my Aorus board supports this so it's controlled using software.It comes with all the fittings for AMD/Intel, and it's really easy to fit, although you will need to use your original mounting backplate for AM4, so bear this in mind if you've used a different cooler and mislaid the bracket, Amazon do sell replacement AM4 backplates if you need one.

I took ages doing research before I bought this, and once it's in place its a great cooler, my CPU is now happily sat at around 31c idle and 40-45c at full load, so it's definitely doing the job. I found it a bit tricky to install it due to the bulky nature and I made the mistake of putting the pump head down while I adjusted the pipe, the pump head flipped face down and smeared all the paste onto my desk... My fault, but worth keeping an eye on when you are fitting. Apart from that my only complaint is he logo on the pump head is fixed, so it's upside down in my installation. All in all, great product great value, just a couple of small issues to consider.

The cooler is great and I really like the rgb on the cpu block. On my ryzen 3700x, my cpu idles between 28-32c and running games at 1440p on ultra settings it usually hovers around the 40-45c and in 2 months I've never seen it go over 50c even on extended 6h gaming sessions.It's really quiet and in my mesh fronted case I can barely hear it. Fitting is fairly straightforward, but the clip for Amd seems a bit strange and doesn't look like it fits until you actually fit the bracket.Would highly recommend this cooler as its quiet and has excellent performance

The fans last about 1 year of casual use then become unbearably noisy.

Fairly easy to install, manual is fairly rubbish so used a video on youtube. Comes with thermal paste so no need to buy that. CPU cooler RGB is one of the best I've seen on any computer, love the ring.Temps wise looking ad mid to high 60s when playing Warzone at 4k. 50 degrees in less demanding games. With 3700x power saver mode the CPU idles around 30 degrees.

Verpackung:Wie gewohnt bei Amazon, sehr schnell. Der Verpackungskarton von DeepCool ist groß und optisch ansprechend. Die Aufnahme im inneren des Kartons ist aus Pappe, alle Teile gut verstaut. Radiator und Pumpe, sind in Plastik verpackt. Der Radiator aus Aluminium, das Pumpengehäuse aus Kunsstoff, insgesamt macht alles einen wertigen Eindruck.Das umfangreiche Zubehör ist in Tüten mit Aufklebern für die unterschiedlichen Sockel getrennt verpackt, das finde ich ausgesprochen gut. Die mitgelieferte Anleitung ist simpel, letztlich aber funktionell und nachvollziebar. Wärmeleitpaste ist aufgetragen, es wird keine extra mitgeliefert.Montage/Betrieb:Für die Montage auf AM4 Sockel ist nicht viel zu beachten. Gut gefällt mir, das bei diesem Sockel die originale Backplate verwendet werden kann. Ein 360er Radiator ist natürlich schon ein "Trümmer", in mein Gehäuse (Corsair 465X) geht er gerade hinein und auch nur vorne. Was bei dieser AIO wirklich anders ist, ist die Größe des Pumpengehäuses. Dessen muss man sich bewußt sein und man muss es mögen. Die gesleevten Kühlerschläuche sind über 40cm lang und lassen sich dadurch gut im Gehäuse verlegen.Ein Kritikpunkt betrifft die Kabel direkt am Pumpengehäuse, diese sind relativ kurz und leider nicht ummantelt, wie auch alle Lüfteranschlusskabel, das hätte man besser und wertiger lösen können. Insgesamt ist wie bei den meisten RGB AIOs eine Menge an Kabelsalat zu verstecken.RGB sowie Lüfterhub HUB sind Einzelteile und bieten weitere Anschlüsse für evtl. nachzurüstende Lüfter. Die mitgelieferte Kabelfernsteuerung ist einfach und läßt sich mit etwas Geschick auch außen am Gehäuse anbringen.Leider bietet die RGB Steuerung nur Wechsel für Beleuchtungsmodi und Geschwindigkeiten an und keinen die Helligkeit anzupassen.Das ist Schade, denn im dunklen Raum sind mir die Lüfter zu hell. Dafür sehen die Effekte und Farbwechsel wirklich sehr gut aus. Momentan verwende ich ausschließlich die Deepcool RGB Steuerung.ASUS Aura funktioniert natürlich auch, bietet aber nicht so schöne Farbwechsel. Von den üblichen Macken der AURA Software mal ganz zu schweigen.Für Corsair ICUE gibt es inzwischen ein Asus Aura Mainboard PlugIn, leider bisher nur für die 12V (4Pin) RGB Anschlüsse, sollte das mal für 5V (3 Pin) nachgeliefert werden, werde ich die Deepcool AIO wohl komplett über ICUE steuern.Das gesamte AIO Paket ist bereits im ausgeschalteten Zustand ein Hingucker, vor allem durch den Spiegel auf dem Pumpengehäuse. Im beleuchteten Betrieb, sieht es sensationell gut aus. Selbst richtiges Weiss geht ohne bläuliche Verfärbungen.Betrieb/Kühlung:Die Kühlleistung ist ausgesprochen gut, mit meinem AMD 3950X wird die AIO spielend fertig, egal ob bei 130 oder 200 Watt. Für den Normalbetrieb ohne Übertaktung laufen die Lüfter um 700 rpm und halten alle Temps im guten Bereich 38-59 Grad (Temp. in meinem Gehäuse). Für übertaktete Systeme sind genügend Reserven vorhanden.Hier ergibt sich ein weiterer Kritikpunkt.Die Lüfter sind im Lastbetrieb (1800 rpm) nicht leise. Bereits bei ~1000 rpm wahrnehmbar, ab ~1300 rpm wirds mir zu laut.Wer eine AIO für leisen Volllastbetrieb sucht, liegt mit diesen Lüftern falsch. Dagegen ist die Pumpe nicht hörbar, weder unter Höchstdrehzahl (2750 rpm), noch gedrosselt. Die AIO ist für fast alle AMD/Intel Plattformen inkl. Threadripper zugelassen.Deepcools Anti-Leak Technik ist ein interessanter Aspekt, wer das genauer wissen möchte sollte mal bei IgorsLab suchen, der hat das genauer untersucht und beschrieben.Fazit:Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte RGB AIO, zu einem vergleichsweise günstigen Preis. Kompatibel mit allen namhaften Herstellersystemen (ASUS, MSI, etc.). Mit sehr guter Kühlleistung und bei entsprechender Drosselung der Lüfter, auch leisem Betriebsgeräusch.UpdateWichtig zu erwähnen ist noch, das die Lamellen im Radiator sorgsam behandelt wurden beim Hersteller. Nichts war verbogen oder eingedrückt, die Lackierung gleichmäßig und ohne Fehler. Das habe ich schon anders gesehen und wird in Reviews von AIOs auch oft bemängelt.

Ich habe einen Ryzen 9 3900X, welcher seit zwei drei Jahren mit der DeepCool Captain 240 gekühlt wurde. Die Temperaturen lagen so um die 55-60 Grad. Da im Cooler Master H500 im oberen Bereich 3 Lüfter reinpassen, sollte auch eine neue Wasserkühlung her. Ich hatte vorher das NZXT H510 Gehäuse.Die Verpackung ist mal wieder recht groß und alles ist bestens verpackt. Die Anleitung ist bebildert und der Einbau geht recht schnell. Ich hatte jedoch keine passende Backplate mehr und verwendete stattdessen die von der DeepCool Captain. Das geht auch ohne Probleme, man muss sich nur um 8x M3 Muttern bemühen, welche ich auch noch daheim hatte. So gesagt, getan.Leider finde ich die silbernen Halterungen nicht so toll, es wäre schön, wenn diese bei schwarzen Modellen auch schwarz wären oder bei weißen eben weiß.Die Schläuche sind deutlich länger als bei der Captain 240 und fast zu lang. In meinem Fall könnten diese ruhig 10cm kürzer sein. Aber lieber zu lang als zu kurz.Die Lüfter sind von der Beleuchtung her super und können mit einer Kabelpeitsche auch direkt an ein 5V Digital Pin Header am Mainboard angeschlossen werden. Ansonsten geht das natürlich auch über den mitgelieferten Controller. Die Beleuchtung der Lüfter nutze ich nicht, da ich wieder meine NoiseBlocker Lüfter verbauen werden. Diese kosteten circa 25EUR das Stück haben kein RGB aber sind deutlich leiser.Auf jeden fall sollte man im Bios oder über ein Zusatzprogramm die Drehzahl der Lüfter anpassen. Dann laufen auch die DeepCool leise. Ich mag aber die "Stille" der NoiseBlocker zum Arbeiten. Dann hört man nur noch ein ganz leichten rauschen der Frontlüfter.Der Kühlkörper auf der CPU ist der Hammer. Sieht einfach genial aus. Schön wäre es, wenn man das Logo entfernen könnte. Ich habe es jetzt noch nicht versucht aber auch in der Anleitung nichts dazu gesehen.Nun zum wichtigsten, der Temperatur. Diese ist nun im normalen Desktop Modus bei circa 41-46 Grad. Das hätte ich jetzt nicht gedacht. Super.

Tiene un precio increíble para tener un radiador triple. Consigue bajar mucho las temperaturas (mi 9700k no pasa de 65º en stock, 90º @5.1GHz). Incluye un "hub" para ventiladores y otro para rgb, que por cierto es precioso y muy customizable

Muy contento por el precio al que lo conseguí.Buena estética aunque al cambiar de procesador tuve que tocar la velocidad de los ventiladores y se dejan oír.Aún tocando voltaje del micro, se queda algo justa para ser de triple radiador.
