WOW! (Works well with Caldighit TB3+ dock)
***** New UpdateA change to Kasimo Cat8 Ethernet cables has made a massive difference and there is a constant 250 MBPS transfer rate now when copying to/from a NAS equipped with 10GBe,before there was a reduction in speed after few minutes (and about 40GB transfer).****UpdateIt seems that when doing large transfers (say 150GB+,) there seems to be a slowdown in performance which I believe is either thermal throttling of the 10GBe adapter or of the WD My Book Pro (Raid 0).I bought this for my 16" MBP, I decided (To reduce clutter) to utilise the spare Thunderbolt 3 slot on the Caldigit Dock. Plugged it in, set Jumbo Frames to 9000, and made this the first in the oder priority in the Mac's Network Settings and connected via Cat6 to a Unifi 48 port switch.I cannot believe how much quicker everything feels (I was using the Caldigit 1GBe connection to a full Unifi setup and it wasn't slow), but websites appear instantly (Virgin Cable 380Mbps Down 38Mbps up). And transferring data from my QNAP TS453A NAS (with 4x 1GBe ports with trunking) was incredibly fast. I transferred Movie files both too and from the NAS via WD My Book Pro (2x4 WD Black Drives in a RAID 0, giving around 270MBs via Black Magic).I am more than impressed. One of the best IT purchases I have ever made.

Keeps disconnecting and requires unplugging several times a day
I ordered several of them to allow some iMacs to connect to our network at 10Gbps through their thunderbolt ports. They are ok while they work, however, after an hour of high speed data transfer you have to go and unplug it and plug it again.. this is observed on all devices we haveI don't recommend buying them
