Great quality
Best chair I've owned. Still holding the same as when bought after a few years.

Great if you're a medium to small person
Love this chair, granted I've only worked/gamed in it for 2 days since I built it, but I test drove it more than once at a MicroCenter that had one on display.A few things:1) Do not get this chair if you're a large person, either by height or weight or both, this is one of the most narrow gaming chairs I've ever sat in.2) Buy arm-rest cushions. I realize you shouldn't have to do this, but like every other gaming chair on the market, the semi-hard arm wrests will annoy you over time, I have a pair of padded arm rests (from Amazon) that have gone through 3 gaming chairs with me and they are now on this one. Now, what I do like is the fact that it can get REALLLY low to the ground, which is great if you want to rest your feet on a pillow or something and have a lounged gaming experience in front of a large TV per say, but at the same time it will raise up to the proper desk height for you.AGAIN, I cannot see a large person fitting in or liking this chair. My only complaint if there was one was that the velvet head pillow and lumbar pillows should really be leather bound, that will make them last longer and easier to clean, but they're not bad for how they come. The wheels on this thing glide along a hard floor better than ANY gaming chair I've owned and that is a big deal to me as I have an L-Shaped desk and I move through out the day from one desk to another to work on a different computer in my office.

Great chair, except for the armrests
Just got the chair an hour ago, assembly was a breeze and took 10 mins with 2 peoplePros:-Super comfy, especially since I'm coming from a $49 Walmart Chair-Great support, lumbar and neck pillows feel really good-I love the fabric on this chair, its the reason I got it over other gaming chairs-You can go allllll the way down, this chair reclines super far. It feels scary at first, but its actually pretty secureCons-The armrests feel completely different than the rest of this chair, as they seem to be much lower quality. The adjustability is nice, but they are super wobbly and there's not much padding on them so they feel pretty hard. Overall its not a deal breaker as they do still do their job, but they are definitely the worst part of this chair-I wish the lumbar support pillow had some way of attaching to the chair, because it always falls down the the bottom of the seat when I get out of the chair. The pillow itself is really good I just wish there was some way to attach it.Overall I really like this chair, it fits me really well (I'm 5'11" 150lbs) and despite a few shortcomings its still a great chair for $300.

Doesn’t accommodate wide framed people
So, let me start by saying this is the first gaming chair I’ve ever purchased and the first chair I’ve ever purchased online. I bought this over the DXRacer Valkrie that my friend has. I liked the Corsair chair better because of the roller blade style wheels, the plastic wheel base which would not cause problems for my metal allergy, and the price was cheaper. Ultimately I was looking for a comfortable office/gaming chair with a high back and comfortable headrest. When the box arrived there was no instruction manual, but I found a video from Corsair on YouTube easily enough and assembly was pretty straight forward. In the video they fail to mention there is a small red cap on the gas lift that needs to be removed or the height adjustment won’t work. Now, for the reason I returned it: I did not realize the chair back was so narrow and deep. I am 6’5” and have a fairly large frame to begin with. Add some love handles to that and when I sat down in the chair for the first time I felt like one of those chonky cats you see in Facebook videos, wedging themselves into small containers.Nevertheless, I gave it a fair 24 hour try. I reminded myself it usually takes time to adjust to a new chair. By the next day I had swapped back to my old chair. It was just too skinny for me. Had the back of the chair been wider or the wings flared out a bit more it might have worked. I even a much shorter friend mine come try it and he found it too narrow as well. It’s a shame because other than that, and a very small puncture in the armrest I was willing to ignore, it felt like a nice sturdy chair. I it felt tall enough.Other notes: The lumbar pillow they provide was no help and only felt uncomfortable and in the way. Both pillows feel way too stiff to be of any use. The armrests are not hard rigid plastic like I was expecting. I had ordered some cushy armrest covers to put on them, but they turned out to be made of some kind of stiff foam that had a small amount of squish to them. They were comfortable enough that I was not going to bother using the armrest covers. There was no posted weight limit for this chair that I could find, even on the Corsair product page.I’m now considering a DXRacer King, Secretlab Titan 2020 or an IKEA Markus (the Markus only because I can try it in person before I buy it).One final note for first time buyers of any gaming chair, and perhaps any chair: check its weight limit and height recommendations. Check the seat depth measurement if you’re long and lanky. And Corsair, if you're listening please consider making a larger/wider version of this chair and posting stats like weight/height limit. I couldn’t find that info on any site.

Great Chair
Easy assembly and good looks made this chair a no-brainer. The color scheme matches my setup I have and I typically try to color coordinate to go with a theme. The chair material feels good and offers decent support especially with the Lumbar and Neck pillows that came with the chair. The chair also offers a reclining mechanism and the arms can adjust up and down to accommodate different size desk/ arm lengths for a more custom feel. I upgraded from a cheap $50 office chair to this and I’m very please with my purchase. I was interested in the Secret Lab chairs but the price on this ($300 when I purchased) won me over. If you want a gaming-style chair for your home office or man-cave this is a solid chair. I’m 5’8 140lbs and this fits me fine with plenty of extra space if you’re rocking the tactical tummy aka Covid-19 bod you should still be able to fit just fine. Honestly feel like the chair is more comfortable without the neck pillow but to each their own.
