Lightening fast
Really pleased with this phone. I had a nexus prior to this phone but as expected it slowly ground to a halt over the past 4 years (replaced the battery at the 2 year point) I was due a "free" upgrade but I just couldn't stomach paying upwards of 650 pounds for a replacement. I took a gamble on this phone and figured that if I only got 18 months to a year out of it, I would notch that up as a win. The screen isn't as sharp as I would have liked...don't get me wrong it's still more than suffice, I would say the only thing I don't like is the speaker, it very loud and tinny, but for the price I paid I'm certainly not complaining. Defo recommend this phone. It's lightening fast too.

Won't turn on after the out of the box update
Not sure if this issue is just me or not, but when you turn the phone on for the first time, it works flawlessly. Games run very well and the performance is generally good. However, when I updated it to the latest manufacturers update, the phone seemed to update fine. It was when the phone shut down directly after and would not turn back on. I kept hold of the power button intermittently for about half an hour and not even the splash screen showed up. The phone was completely dead and still is. I am going to return mine in exchange for a budget Samsung or something and I recommend anyone else do the same and maybe just invest in a more well known brand that's known for better reliability.

Phone is great ... pity about finger print scanner.
Have to rescan finger prints after every two or three days as they stop being recognized.....face recognition works ok... otherwise phone is great.

Off button too prominent and wakes up inappropriately
Off button too prominent... Caused switch off randomly... Wake-up on movement feature hopeless... Wakes up in car and very distracting

Great phone
Such a good phone for the price. Battery last for two days on moderate use, and a full day with heavy use. Good screen,6g ram 64g memory, 48m camera main 18m selfie cam. All for under £170 Black Friday offer.
